We've used Smiles 4 Kids since our children were toddlers and they are teens now. A great place for every age, they do their best to educate, not just tell them to brush their teeth. They have always been on point handling any scary moments, my middle daughter preferred them to pull her teeth vs herself when she was losing teeth. A great staff, a great atmosphere, if I could give more stars I would.

I called their office because my Kids’ dentist told us she needed a root canal and no one in our town had any availability until two months away, I called several offices in Grand Junction and this one was one of them. I asked if they did root canals because my child needs one according to her dentist the lady who answered the phone said yes we do but we will need to make a first appointment and then schedule the procedure. I thought that sounded reasonable, so I scheduled it for today. Keep in mind that we live an hour away and I had to take time off work so I can get the ball rolling with my kid’s treatment. We get here and for some reason, their windows have been vandalized (that should have been a tip-off) we check in and they want to do X-rays I asked them if they did not get the ones from our dentists because I was worried our insurance would not pay for another set of X-rays. The lady said we did not but no worries we like to do our own anyway and your insurance will pay. Finally time to see the dentist he goes in checks her teeth and says yup she needs a root canal and a filling on another molar. We can refer you to someone for this root canal. Wait a minute I thought you guys do root canals, dentists say nope we don’t so I explain my frustration and he just says well there must have been some sort of miscommunication and that pissed me off even more. I was very clear when I made the first phone call there was no misunderstanding on my part. You just like to scam people and bill their insurance. Don’t waste your time here they are not worth the boards that are covering their windows.

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED AND FURTHER TRAUMATIZED FROM AN OVERINFLATED EGO...... Seemed to be a really cool and accommodating dentistry at first and it is to an extent, that is if you get helped by the right people. Not entirely sure who the clown is that doesn't know how to do his job, so i wont put him on blast entirely but him and his clown assistant should probably figure it out and be more professional. If i tried to voice my concerns it was met with smart remarks and rude things said in a demeaning way which really caught me off guard because the consult showed me two entirely different people. It took until the sweetest assistant ive ever met came along and actually took the time to help me and the situation her rude coworkers had gotten us in. I was hurt pretty bad and needed a second to process what a "doctor" had just put me through and he went on to say " im not sure this is going to work because this is not normal behavior" like oh yeah im sure bub, id wager when someone gets an injection into the front of their mouth without any previous numbing gel on the spot he was "trying to get" so every ounce of the "pinch" was felt to the most extreme degree it should be expected.... not "taken as a surprise" and then shoved off as blame on me. REALIZE WHERE THE NUMBING GEL WAS ACTUALLY PUT AND MAYBE DONT INJECT INTO GUMS THAT WERENT IN ANYWAY NUMB AT ALL. When the incident was happening I raised my hand and winced the best i could without spitting everywhere because ms.little no help assistant thought borderline water boarding me was a good idea. I sat up as soon as they were clear from my mouth and he then couldnt wait at all for a response and instantly went on to make demeaning remarks and say beyond unprofessional things and he even asked my partner if i have a "medical condition" because the anxiety and physical pain he had caused not 60 seconds prior made me get overwhelmed and emotional.... real quick just wanted to mention that i did indeed fill out a medical history/medical chart, did dr.clown not even look at that? I was referred to this dentist by someone that had gone for more than 10 years without a single problem and i truly think my biggest mistake was not making sure i was seeing the same dentist that was nothing but wonderful for her.... if any more things need said to stay away from that clown you can look on their website and i believe the clown is the so called "doctor" with a three word description of himself. Beyond disappointed and as a patient, dont see how such a disgusting person could even get into such a position to "help people"....Dr.clown, you know who you are. Ill be waiting for an apology.

Everyone is always super friendly. If you don’t like going to the dentist, it’s probably because you don’t go to Dr Jacobson.

Dr J is a professional and his staff is A-1.
My mouth was in peril and he build me a triple bridge on one side and a single bridge on the other and they fit perfectly and look great. Highly recommended. Tom

We've been coming to see Dr Feghali for about 30 years. That speaks more than words. We would recommend them to anyone.

Very welcoming and friendly experience, and there's no overwhelming atmosphere of a large business. I like that it's smaller so it feels more personal. My son and I will definitely be returning patients!

Went here to get a check up and cleaning, the hygienist cleaned about 3 teeth before the dentist walk in, told me, not asked, that he was going to schedule me for wisdom teeth surgery, which when I politely declined he seemed irritated at me, and told me I need 2 root canals. They never finished cleaning my teeth, And I never heard back from them to get the root canals I "needed".

I went for a second opinion at a different office and the other dentist saw no need for invasive root canals, or for wisdom teeth removal as they are not giving me any problems and grew in just fine and just simply gave me the fillings (not root canals) I needed and did it in a nice professional manner.

I am biased based on my negative experience with yes dental and this is purely speculation but it seems based on what happened to me, money earned per patient was a deciding factor on what care should be provided. Not what would be best/ healthiest for the patient.

Scheduled an appointment for a 6 month cleaning, 2 weeks in advance. Arrived on time and was told they were running 15-30 minutes behind. Waited for 30 minutes, only to watch 4 patients that arrived AFTER me get called back.

My wife went in with pain from an abscesses gum he took a bunch x-rays didn't even look in her mouth and charged the insurance for which she only has a $1000 worth of dental and "referred" her away once he billed out all her insurance money on x-rays...SCAM ARTIST

AWFUL!!!! DONT GO HERE!! was coming in for a root canal and to get a tooth pulled and they were incredibly unprofessional!!!!!!! Don’t recommend this place to anyone. The dentist walked out of my room and refused to help me simply because I have anxiety!! Truly an awful place to go especially if you have anxiety. I’ve never had a worse experience

I have been going to Doc Corbett for over 10 years,and he did all my dental work.many crowns , fillings.and never had any problems.The last of the good old fashioned dentist.

0 as well. I went in for a root canal/ crown, granted i didn't have any pain or irratation.

They started to drill it out. then said not enough tooth to save or we could try, and then the crown fails later just to have an extraction later. I asked them to pull it right then. They said No to busy, so they packed it and said, "See you next Thursday." No pain pill no antibiotics nothing!

Two days later, my face swells to the size of a softball because of a massive infection that i didnt have to start out with and I have to go to the ER on Sunday and miss work. AND then they still charged me for the full root canal when they didn't even complete half of it!

BY FAR THE WORST DENTIST I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!

Dr. Feghali is the best dentist I have ever been to. He explains everything as he goes and you never feel anything. He is so knowledgeable in everything that he does and makes sure you understand everything that he is doing. He is wonderful with kids as well! I can’t recommend him more!!

This is the dentistry to take your children to! They work at an appropriate pace for the child. The front desk staff are friendly and the Dentist is very skilled, family oriented, and funny. They work wonderfully with Special Needs Families

Dr. Pollard changed my life. He listened when no one else did. I’ve suffered debilitating TMJ pain for most of my life & life has since changed since he’s helped me. I will always be grateful to him. The staff is outstanding. Becca is incredible, patient & kind. Her smile lights up a room. She makes you feel welcome. The staff is nothing shy of amazing, every one of them. Came here a few years ago and it was the first positive dental visit I've ever had!
Doctor Scott was so kind and helpful, I didn't even know he was done extracting a tooth.
He even stayed during his lunch break to help me.
I have moved since then but anyone I know in the area I tell to come here, if I ever am back in the area I would only come here!
They work with you, treat everyone the same.

Me and my wife have been going to Jacobson Family Dental since 2005. They have always been very personal and good at explaining all the posegers. Iv had a lot:) I would definitely recommend them. Kurt And Mary Ann

I would typically suggest Parkway Dental but after all the troubles I’ve had with my crowns (less than 5 years old). I’ve made numerous visits to replace and/or re-seal my crowns.

I now live in a different state and yet again, one of my crowns starts to wiggle and become loose.

After my dentist visit today, due to a wiggly/loose crown, I received information that suggests that my crown ,placed by Parkway Dental, wasn’t set correctly allowing air, food, debris etc. under my crown and I will now have to receive oral surgery for an implant or a bridged crown.

Would not recommend 👎🏼

I arrived to my appointment on time and had to wait over 2 hours past my appointment time to see the doctor and then wait longer in room. I drove in from out of town and needed to be back to work this afternoon. I will have to cancel my appointment with a client which will cost me 200 dollars and possibly loose this client due to this doctors lack of time management and respect of other peoples time.

Update: Several times I have been back and the dr. Doesn’t even come in the room. the dental assistant will leave the room ask him a question that I have and return with somewhat of an answer.

Absolutely no words to recommend to anyone….. yes dental sucks.

Terrible dentist for Denture care patients. The knowledge for Removable Prosthetics is terrible their lab Denturist is a total joke.

My family and I have been coming here about 16 years now. Dr. Jacobson is an excellent dentist, and his staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. My highest praise is that I will continue to come to Jacobson Family Dental and recommend them to anyone needing dental services!

Had 8 implants install and in November they scheduled me for Jan 2, 9, 17 and 24th to be fitted for teeth. I arrived for my 10:30 appointment on time and had a xray. Then went to exam room where I waited for over a hour and a half. After he got done doing the scan he said they would have to reschedule my appointments. The girl came in and said they had to order parts because I
was not a normal client. Nothing done today changed what was going to be done. I had arranged my work schedule for the month and made hotel reservations. And they have to change all this. Very unprofessional. I worry about going back. Dont know how much it will cost to go to a good dentist to finish what they started. Watch out for them!!!

I was honestly so scared to go to a dentist after not having gone in 3 years. I spent a whole day doing research to find a dentist and the person I talked to on the phone was the only person to actually walk me through insurance and cleanings and just educate me on the questions I had. I was immediately sold and booked an appointment. My appointment went absolutely wonderful and I fell in love with the staff! They were so friendly and positive and non-judgmental. They relieved any anxiety I had about the situation and were so easy to talk to. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

The practice is reasonably priced. The staff and Dr. Hanson are pleasant. I had been quite pleased with the dentistry up till my last procedure. An implant he placed broke. He removed the broken implant and repaired the bone to place a new one. Three attempts later to get it replaced I gave up. First they said they didn't have a part. Second time I had to have a small infection taken care of. The third time they said there was not enough bone to place a new implant. All three times I never saw the Dentist. He could have told me that a year ago. It's like they were looking for an excuse not to fix it. Wont be going back.

I stuck it out with Parkway dental because they started a procedure and I figured it be best to finish, but this is the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to several because I’ve moved a lot. He has absolutely no bedside manner and no communication whatsoever he literally got up and left after each procedure without explaining anything to me and doesn’t even say he’s finished. He didn’t even do what he needed to do in my mouth but had the poor dental tech try to explain it to me and she had no idea what to explain. He left me in excruciating pain but didn’t tell me what to do or how to move forward to solve the problem. And this has happened on every single occasion. The lack of communication is unreal when you’re dealing with patients who have no idea what to expect or what is going on because we aren’t familiar with the field. The ladies in there are really doing all the work. I will tell everybody I know and make it loud and clear to avoid this place.

I never write reviews but this place is absolutely HORRIBLE. Right when you walk in something seems off. It looks like a pop-up telemarketing office more than a medical/dental office, and there is zero effort made to appeal to their kid patients. I brought my toddler here and was told he would need 4-5 extractions. This seemed suspect since less then 2 weeks prior his regular dentist had seen him and that's not at all what the referral was for. They also wanted me to come in for multiple appointments because my insurance would "only pay for so many teeth at a time". Luckily my gut feeling paired with the uneducated, misinformed, highly disorganized, and RUDE front office staff put me off brining him for the appointment. Upon getting a second opinion he needed ZERO EXTRACTIONS and just some simple caps which was all done in a single appointment lasting less than 1 hour. This place's staff DOES NOT HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL PEDIATRIC TRAINING. It is exactly what it looks like: a bottom rung operation run by minimally educated and unprofessional staff milking insurance money with unnecessary procedures and visits. The only reason they haven't been sued is probably because they cater to low-income medicaid patients who can't afford to stand up for themselves in a legal battle. RUN FROM THIS PLACE and believe the bad reviews.

Definitely would not recommend. My son needed cavities fixed and the procedure that was recommended seemed very intense and traumatizing so I went to a different dentist to get a second opinion, turns out the procedure that smiles for kids offered is extremely traumatic for kids to go through and goes against guidelines.

I had an enjoyable visit today with Dr. Jacobson and his staff. I was an add on appointment for the day. I got a broken tooth smoothed off so I could wait to get a crown at a convenient time and was out in less than hour. They were friendly and proficient. They even told me about some insurance options for coverage to pay for the crown.

Dr. Feghali was a referral and I was very pleased with my experience. I will definitely have all my dental work done by him from here on out. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly after chipping my tooth. Dr. Feghali did an amazing job making sure I was in no pain and completely numb before re-doing a previous filling I had gotten done from a different dentist. He was patient and easy to talk to. He did a fantastic job on my new filling.

I am new to Grand Junction so finding a dentist was something I needed to feel comfortable with. Dr. Scott and his staff made me feel comfortable from the very beginning! Sitting in the examining chair, I was able to look out on this beautiful view which simply gave me this relaxing feeling! Dr. Scott discussed my dental needs with me and made my options perfectly clear. I made the big decision to go with upper dentures. This was a huge decision for me! Dr. Scott was very reassuring and made me feel like my decision was the best thing for me. Today, I can sit here with perfectly fitting upper dentures and an unaffected lifestyle! My dentures feel like a normal part of my mouth. I feel too young to have dentures so I call them my substitooths! What a great experience! Thank you Dr. Scott and your wonderful staff!😁

Wonderful experience. I have dental anxiety due to extremely poor service from another local office, and my experience with Dr. Scott was calming and reassuring. He was the only dentist that would fit me in to fix a broken filling from another office, and was very affordable as well. Highly recommend.

My visit at Smiles 4 Kids was really great everyone in the office was amazing from start to finish everything was super professional and my Assistant Perla treated me amazing and Dr.Ryan was very funny. I ended up making friends with all the girls in the office they were all like family. Such an amazing experience for sure.

Today was our first time visiting this location. My son needed a tooth pulled and was nervous about going. But once we were greeted by the staff and Dr. Ben my son felt more comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Ben did a great job at explaining things. Overall the service was great.
Will be returning for further visits.

Very Professional and kind. Highly recommend. Dr. Hanson spent appropriate amount of time explaining what I need and a referral to someone else for jaw issues. The staff was very friendly, responsive and respectful. Much Appreciated. The cost at Parkway is a 1/3 less of what another dentist in town wants to overcharge me. My pain is not resolved, but this may or may not be due to other health issues. Cost has kept me from the dentists. We all have to get our choppers checked regularly. Parkway resolved this financially on some level for me today. Thank you!

I appreciate Dr. Scott's passion for dentistry and his genuine care for patients. We have had everything from cleanings to implants over the years and we have always had our expectations exceeded. Dr. Scott is a great dentist. He always makes me feel comfortable and I know that he really cares about his patients. He’s never pushy like some dentists I have been to. He makes recommendations, but doesn’t pressure you. My son recently had his wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Scott and his staff made this tough removal and recovery a positive one for him!

This practice is amazing! Dr. Hanson and his staff are wonderful! They have once again moved mountains to accommodate me and provide top notch dental care. The prices are affordable and a great dental lab is on the premises. I have never been so happy with my dental care as I have been these last 3 years!

I cannot say enough good things about this office. Dr. Scott and his staff are so wonderful. I have had quite a lot of dental work done by Dr. Scott and he always explains exactly what he's doing, making you feel at ease. Before seeing Dr.Scott, I hadn't seen a dentist in years, due to bad experiences. Now I actually enjoy going to the dentist because of the comfort their office provides. I am so thankful for Dr.Scott helping to make my mouth healthy again. I would recommend this office over and over again!

When I started going to Dental Associates, I was so impressed by their friendliness and professionalism. They knew my name right away, they ask about my family, and all the things that made me feel comfortable and that I was in good hands.
Until I met Dr. Scott, there was never a dentist I liked and always dreaded going to see one. Now I almost look forward to going. Dr Scott is so personable that it's like he's a family member. He is kind, patient, and meets my needs as a patient while giving the best dental care I've ever received.

I recently had a tooth crack and went to see Dr. Scott for a root canal. I was a little nervous at the time as this was my first root canal. They were very thorough and explained every step as we went which made me feel very much at ease. Dr. Scott is incredibly knowledgeable and he and his staff are extremely kind. My options were laid out for me and I was not pressured into doing anything. He went over different treatment options and prognosis of each, and I am very happy with the result. This is a wonderful dental practice, quite possibly the best I have personally experienced. I do not see myself going to anyone else for any major issues anytime soon. If you need something done and are thinking about going to see them, you won't go wrong.

I have always had great service. Dr Corbett and his staff are very knowledgeable friendly and pleasant to be around. I always feel the recommendatios I receive are the best. I also bring my 7 yr old daughter and she is always comfortable here.
