You should read before you buy from this company. They also sell on Amazon and they scam people with their return policy. Faye their customer rep is rude and condescending. I am having a real hard time with getting my refund money back. Don't buy!!!

I ordered 6 boxes of tile for my kitchen backsplash. My order was processed and shipped and delivered in just a few days. It was well protected, but I did have two boxes with broken tiles, but Capitol Glass Tile quickly shipped replacement and I received it in less than 24 hours. Very good communication and service!

Loved working with this company, everything was smooth and and on time. The staff takes a huge pride in their work, the owners treat you like family. The pricing was very much affordable comparing to the other companies in the nearby area but the quality of work certainly makes up for everything beside from the pricing. Ask for “Seyma” and “Berna” on your visit, they are certainly super heroes.

Toros is pretty far from my place. But My contractor recommended so I checked it out.

This place is lovely. There are so many variety of good products to choose from; Good products at good prices. The showroom floor is laid out client friendly too.

I kept coming back to purchase from them, one other important reason is that the sales team has been professional, friendly, and patient. They would go extra miles to share their knowledge and ideas. They just kept on checking on you and understand what client needs but not pushing. Their patience really made my hectic renovation process easier and pleasant.

Worth mentioning, my contractor told me one pack of tiles had some broken; as soon as I told them, without hesitation they rushed in another whole pack the next day.

I also had a few tiles leftover. I did not expect much but once I mentioned, they took them back as a return.

Toros specially set up a line just to communicate directly with customers. That is very considerate and professional.

I would give this business a zero star if I could. I ordered a vanity, mirror and shower door. Our contractor opened all the items and noticed the shower door was for a bathtub. I called them right away and they did said the receipt says bathtub shower door. I said to her but I pointed out the exact shower door I wanted to order (their showroom only has standing shower doors on display). My mistake for not taking a close look at the receipt. I asked them if I could just exchange the door for the standing shower door. Then the games began. Initially she said she would schedule a pickup for the exchange then I didn't hear from them. Then my calls were being ignored. Then it was send us a picture and maybe we'll exchange only if the box was unopened. This is an unused item in it's original packing. For a company to not accept an exchange and have the customer lose $1000 is shady business. I'm sure the business will respond to this review with "you called us 2 months after your purchase."
I called as soon as we knew there was an issue. Our contractor started the work 2 months after the purchase. Beware, there is no transparency with this business. Just go to Home Depot or Lowes and you'll find better pricing than this place and if there any problems they will easily work with you.

So apparently I’m the only client who had a negative experience here. I have gone back and forth in my mind on whether I should post this but I don’t want another family to have to deal with what I’ve gone through. This will be a long review, my biggest takeaway is that if you are on a timeline, do not use them.

We spent approximately $35,000 on goods and an additional $17,000 on kitchen cabinets which is a lot of money to us. We are a family who has been saving for a few years to build our forever home. I knew I was paying a premium on goods and that I was being charged more for the goods than other places but I did it because we were on a timeline with our move and thought that they would provide us great customer service. That did not happen. We also started the process from another state and were assured that once I picked everything, they would manage it.

Before I get into the timeline issue, i was extremely frustrated by the all around poor customer service. I had to deal with a Mr. Joe Hunter on 2 occasions during this fiasco and he was rude and extremely condescending. I would never speak to someone the way Joe spoke to me on the phone. Additionally, our sub contractor was also treated pretty poorly on numerous occasions which I did not like.

We purchased our house in February so that we could start renovations to move in June 1st. We hired a contractor who has also screwed up our timeline pretty badly but this isn’t about him. Our contractor linked me in with Janelle who is the designer we used. I flew in on March 19th to start the process and again on April 6th to finish the process. We went over my timeline on both meetings. We are renovating 3 bathrooms, our kitchen, and purchased all new floors. None of our stuff was ordered until the first week in June. When I went in to speak to Joe and Janelle about it they completely blamed the contractor. I agree that again a lot of it was on him but Janelle regularly sent me emails and it would have been really nice as a customer if she had given me a heads up that none of my stuff had been ordered.

We are still waiting on a bulk of our order and no updates at all. They were supposed to send someone over today to measure our vanity so that the counter top could be ordered. That did not happen.

I have zero complete bathrooms, no kitchen and zero communication from Mosaic. Pictures of my unfinished bathrooms and kitchen. Premium pricing for a non-premium service. I am so disappointed by all of it.

I worked with the sales woman named Gloria Seitel to renovate 6 bathrooms in my house. Gloria always behaved like she had a chip on her shoulder but I worked with her because she was recommended to me by my realtor. Through the sales process she was somewhat responsive because she was making sure she gets her commissions. We returned almost $2000 worth of material that she sent to us and charged us incorrectly for. That money was never returned to us and Gloria never bothered returning any of my calls or emails. Gloria is a thief and she is disgustingly rude. Please do yourselves a favor and work with someone else at Porcelanosa or go to one of their other locations. Just stay as far as you possibly can from Gloria the glorious thief.

The entire team was super helpful & professional. The customer service was exceptional. They were quick to respond for additional last minute orders, unexpected problems during construction and very flexible with the deliveries. I want to especially thank Tony however the entire team was great.

My experience at Avanos Tiles was wonderful. Tony is amazing. His help throughout my kitchen remodel was invaluable. From design to materials and through installation, the service was personalized and I never felt pressured. Everyone I worked with was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. Excellent experience at Toros Tile remodeling my kitchen, they have many options for different projects and the staff is very nice. I was assisted by Şeyma, who helped me design my cabinets, professional and smooth service, even when I made some last minute changes in the middle of the process, she was always willing to handle my requirements (just phenomenal, She is the best!). My cabinets arrived on time and with the required quality, I did not have any installation problems since everything came with the corresponding measurements. I have done my mother’s and aunt’s bathrooms. I also did three of my own bathrooms including a shower fixture. The quality and look of these tiles are beyond extraordinary. All tiles were beautiful on the wall and easy to put up on the wall. We could not be more pleased. Shower fixtures are great!

I’m so happy I found this place. I ordered a sample from them and i was a little skeptical at first as it’s not a big company. I got the sample really quickly and the quality of the stone was just unbeatable to most of the bigger tile companies. I had a nightmare at floor and decor and I returned all the tiles back to the store and came here to repurchase for my bathroom. Customer service is also very lovely and they know what they are doing. Very professional. I will be back for my kitchen floor!

Outstanding Experience! It’s the only way to describe this paradise of ceramics… Mike,Tony and Ezgi where absolutely awesome. Berna at Toros tile is fast, professional and fair. I was in and out in 15-20 min for my cabinet order, great price and really superior service. I can't recommend them enough. My kitchen cabinets came out amazing. Berna did above and beyond to make sure everything goes smooth even after my cabinet purchase and she was so patient with me ( I called them numerous times for every single thing that came to my mind). Sometimes you get lucky to find a great team (Sheyma is also very helpful and professional for all your needs) and company, I can tell you from my experience, Toros tile is one of them for sure! It was very painful dealing with the CSR, not only did they lose my original order history, making it difficult to reorder the same product, but aren’t interested in carrying or ordering the product that I’ve visited several times to retrieve. Other than that they got what you need

I rarely if ever offer a review of a company because I frankly never have the time. But I have got to warn anyone in the public about doing business with these people. I simply ordered one sample tile from these guys taking a chance on their company. The tile shows up cracked in half and chipped in the corner. Thats fine its fragile product. I email them to get another tile. FAYE said that she can ship me another but it will be a "money loss for them", completely unprofessional. I emailed back that she should discuss that with the USPS, she said "the USPS doesnt pay insurance claim #1 so it is what it is". Such a terrible attitude from a professional company. I called them today because I had no update on any replacement tile, and FAYE starts yelling over the phone at me because I want to complain to her supervisor who is "overseas". Take that for what you will. And then to top it off, the magic words that should turn ANYONE off to a company, "Fine, buy somewhere else, I will refund you". I will be waiting on that refund and will report them to the attorney general if I don't receive it, but I hope everyone reads this review and approaches this company with caution. There are a LOT of places to buy a tile, do not waste your time money and sanity on these people, they are out of their minds to push away business. Take care, everyone.

Rosa is one of the nicest people you will ever meet!!! She helped me find the tiles I wanted, even though they had been discontinued. When the free standing tub I ordered arrived missing the drain, she made sure to correct the issue in a timely manner and stayed in touch with updates until it arrived. As for Porcelanosa, they have a great selection that really fits the contemporary style I was going for.

Sooz Wilson came highly recommended by my interior designer as the "Best kitchen designer she ever met!" and she did not disappoint! In doing a complete remodel, it was the kitchen that posed the biggest challenge because we are a retired couple with a few physical issues to accommodate, and we both love to cook.

While I had experience in re-doing several kitchens throughout many years, I was unprepared for the amount of details and decisions that were involved in the process. So much information to synthesize, and Sooz became the filter and guide who we relied upon and trusted.

Sooz listened carefully, met with our architect, builder and my husband and me several times. She is not only unflappable, but highly knowledgeable and definitive about all the facets involved in kitchen design: cabinets, tile, countertops, etc. We love our kitchen and enjoy cooking even more!

Without hesitation, we highly recommend Sooz at Mosaic Home Interiors.

Was shopping for a marble saddle/threshold, which is a risk to purchase online in itself. They sell via their website and Amazon. It was roughly $100 cheaper on Amazon but when I contacted them I was told I’d get better QC if I ordered through their website. Although the item arrived in 2 days, it arrived chipped in multiple places, which for $200 is unacceptable, so much for that QC. They sent me a replacement which arrived in 2 days again, and the new one was chipped, no QC again. At this point it is holding up my tile guy/bathroom job. I asked them to send me another one and they said they sent me their last 2 pieces 🙄 (I wonder why they were the last 2 🤔) They asked me to return the 2 (defective) thresholds so they could attempt to sell them again (they did send me prepaid labels thankfully). In the end I was forced to fabricate a new one locally, which I should have just done to begin with.

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents. They worked with Sheyma at Toros Tile to design the layout, color, materials, etc of their new kitchen. It came out amazing and could not have been done without her being so patient, understanding and taking the time to work with my parents through multiple visits. I highly recommend working with Sheyma and buying from Toros Tile as their prices were more than reasonable compared to other places.

We were looking for something contemporary for our bathroom and this place was good fit. Hope they add more options and ability to mix & match things. We bought vanity. Rosa helped us looking around and providing info on availability. It helped us in making decision. I would recommend to see her if you plan to visit. Also, if you plan to visit Porcelanosa, do not go to Brunswick store; horrible customer service.

Sharon Tan, was excellent in helping select tiles for my master bathroom floor and helped me find the perfect match for my bedroom floor - replacing the rug. Sharon's follow-up was timely and suggestions for saving on shipping cost was appreciated.
When I first walked in, I approached a woman salesperson, who seemed like she didn't want to be bothered and directed me to Sharon, thank God she did! I can understand the poor reviews with their customer service, because it would of been my experience, if i had not been directed to Sharon.
Porcelanosa, use the feedback to retrain your the bad apples - sales people.

It’s like tile heaven!! Oz is so helpful and patient as he helped me look for my perfect kitchen backsplash. There were thousands to choose from! i absolutely loved working with Dorsey Brothers. the floors came out better than i expected. everyone at the front office was very responsive anytime i had a question. and the work Wayne & Jakob did was awesome. they took great care of my house while we were gone. they cleaned up and put the materials in one pile at the end of each work day. never left a mess. They are great guys! The Dorsey Brothers has a customer for life in me. Thank you!

So...I purchased via Amazon and was then contacted directly by Faye with Stone Tile Mosaics/Home tile center in NJ. She asked if I needed any other product tile for my remodel, which I did... she said she would give me a good deal and sent me an invoice to be paid via PayPal. I used to be a general contractor, so I figured it would all be fine.

1. They didn't ship all the proper quantities that I ordered (luckily I order 10% extra)
2. 2 boxes of the 4x12 Carrara tiles were much thicker and couldn't be used.

When I contacted them about the issues, she disputed what I was saying...luckily I was able to get the additional tiles at Home Depot and finish the project. After a week or more, she offered to send me additional tiles (I live on the west coast and it was TOO LATE)

I asked for a refund for the bad tiles and surprise, surprise I NEVER HEARD BACK!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Update (05/12/2021):
KB Transformation came back to do our kitchen and master bathroom. Emilio and Mark did a beautiful job on both rooms. We had a family gathering recently and everyone complimented on how luxurious all the rooms look now. My sister will also call KB Transformation to do her bathroom in the near future. Thank you for doing a wonderful job!

We had our 2 bathrooms redone. They both look amazing! The team at Kitchen & Bath Transformation was very professional. It really only took them 4 days to finish and there was no mess of a normal renovation. The result is better than we expected. We will be calling them early next year to do our kitchen & 3rd bathroom.

I purchased material and had it shipped. I called and asked about the return policy before the order was placed, I was told the fee would be waived to 10% if material was sent back at my expense. I ordered extra material so I had enough for my job, the extra material was returned in January, this is April and I can't get the credit for material returned. Proof of delivery was sent to Home Tile along with a list of the material returned. There isn't a question of the product being nice, however a company should be honest when dealing with an out of state consumer.

recieved my order a few tile were broken, sent an email which they responded to quickly had the replacements within the week. Free of charge could not ask for anything better A+ customer service

I had them replace my counter tops at all 3 properties. When I needed repair on one of the counter tops, the receptionist, Rachel, told me that they are a different company now and can't help me! I looked them up to find out that they have the same license number and the same owner so I sent them another email requesting the owner contact me, never heard back!

We had a truly awesome experience from start to finish with everyone from Dorsey Brothers. We had extensive renovations to all bathrooms, re-carpeted bedrooms, stairs, and main level living converted from linoleum/carpet to porcelain tile. Todd who specializes in tile work did impeccable work. He was very meticulous, tidy, and ensured it was a job well done. We were offered a great selection of the best quality flooring I’ve ever seen in a showroom and was given advice selecting colors and styles. Hands down, if you’re looking to have a home project done to perfection, Dorsey Brothers is the place to go!

I am a licensed Kitchen and Bath designer with 18 years experience, and I highly recommend this company. I have purchased from Carrara Tiles repeatedly over the years and have experienced top notch service and products every time. Recently I purchased honed and polished dolomite for my own home sight unseen because I was so confident of their products. The quality and consistency of the tiles is excellent. And the prices are so competitive I am able to over-purchase and then cull the tile for my preferences and still come out ahead on cost. I personally commend in particular Cristina, who worked with me this past week on an urgent project and delivered the tile not just one time but well ahead of time. Excellent customer service! Will purchase from them again and again.

Very professional and very quick service. I was able to choose from several different lots. Victoria was amazing to work with. We had 4000 pounds of marble tile sent to Fargo North Dakota for our house. It came on two large skids. Each skid was a different lot. On each skid were approximately 12 packs of tile that were carefully packaged in Styrofoam. In each pack were about 10 tiles that were separated by a sheet of plastic. The tiles were all in very good condition. I don’t think there was any breakage during transport. The end result was above our expectations. This company provided a quality product at a very reasonable price. (Cheaper than Wayfair and Wayfair was not able to deliver in a timely manner. That order was canceled.)

We had the best experience with Dorsey’s. Their workers were amazing! We had new carpet installed in 3 rooms. They moved the furniture, put everything back in 2 days and cleaned everything up. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend :)

I absolutely love this place. I went there every Saturday for a month while trying to decide on my flooring and backsplash for my home remodel. It was great to be able to see different types of Italian White Carrara and Bianco Dolomiti marble and also to get ideas for my future projects. Vicky was very helpful. They carry a huge selection of Carra Marble tiles and mosaics. The best part was everything is in stock at their same showroom location. My entire order was prepared in minutes for pick up. Disappointing experience.

Placed online order, and received an email stating order was in PC instead of feet. My mistake. But when re-quoted, they added an additional freight change to the order. ( Original website quotation stated that shipping was free.)

This make the project totally infeasible as the freight cost was almost the same price as the tiles. False advertising online of free shipping, after debiting my credit card the cost of the order.

Requested to cancel my order and waiting refund. Beware of price changes for unforeseen shipping cost.

We had a very good experience and the project turned out great. All technicians showed up to the house on time and all work completed on schedule. Everyone who was at our house was very professional and polite.

Mr. Dorsey came out the next day when we called, and in less than a week our wood floors were repaired. He was knowledgable, quick, and sent us qualified workers. We would use their services again in a heartbeat and highly recommend this local company.
