Genuinely the best chicken and waffles I’ve ever had. The waffles are garam masala waffles so there’s a bit of an Indian spice in them which is just so delicious and unique, the avocado ranch is to die for and the chicken has the perfect crisp. So amazing!! There was a long line , popular place but worth the wait. They have inside and outside seating and connected to a brewery so definitely a nice hangout spot . My old fashioned was fair, very strong. I would return for more chicken and waffles.
Beautiful basement level restaurant in what I assume was a historic building, but to be honest we didn’t hear anything about it. We were just happy they were willing to seat us late in the evening at the bar since they were booked for table reservations.

A lot of unique and delicious dishes on the menu - including gumbo with unbelievably flavorful frog legs! The alligator mac and jalapeño poppers were also fantastic.

This is not a casual dining spot, so expect to spend a bit - but it’s totally worth it. A really hip, elegant and different space with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Highly recommended.

July 6, 2024 There's plenty of amazing food for omnivore, vegetarian, or vegan, and my dining partners included all of the above. I had the Revival Bowl with tofu and it was packed with textures and flavors--so good! Can't vouch for the vegetarian and omnivore dishes enjoyed by my mates--all I know is that they
cleaned their plates, raved, and vowed to return. Wonderful atmosphere, clean well-lighted place, and quick, friendly service. Will be returning whenever I'm in the Cincy area. See you there!

The service was incredible; however, the food didn't match the level of service and decor. Generally, the dishes were okay, but the baked brie was cool in the center when I expected warm and gooey cheese upon cutting. The crab cake was a little dry, the scallops were charred too much, and the croutons in the salad were a bit soggy. I mostly enjoyed the wine, with hidden gems to be found in the expansive list.

I absolutely love Vin48 and make a point to have a dinner here every trip to Avon/Beaver Creek. The food is impeccable and always consistent in flavor, presentation, and timing. My favorites are the Shrimp Basilico, Scallop with Pork Belly, and Carrot Cake.

The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and have the best evening. On a recent visit, my husband and I came straight from the airport and had trouble getting a ride to our condo on the mountain. The manager went as far as offering us a ride himself to our destination which shows the level of commitment to service throughout your meal and your stay in the valley.

My only complaint of this spectacular restaurant is that they do not change their menu nearly enough. Their dishes are so creative and utilize fresh ingredients in interesting ways and I just wish I could see more of that.

If you do not make a point to visit Vin48 you are missing out!
Amazing food and service. Highly recommend everything. We had the alligator fritters and jalapeno poppers with alligator chorizo for appetizers, the antelope was the chefs special, and we usually don't get desert, but decided to try the banana cream pie. Everything we received blew us away, and the drinks were great as well. Our server Sam was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was perfect from start to finish.

Haywood Common had great dinner! The food is extremely tasty along with the ideal of local which I personally enjoyed. You order at the counter and they bring your food out for you! They have a great variety of meat and vegetarian options!

We saw VIN 48 and said let's give it a shot! It was not bad. The service was so good in the beginning then went down hill quick. Our waitress kept dissapearing. Even though it was late and there was very little buisness it made no sense that she was not checking on us as often as when it was really busy. I had the Ratatouille in Spanish meatballs. I also have the burrata salad. It was all pretty good. The red velvet dessert was very good! The atmosphere was pretty nice as well.

I popped into here two days ago for dinner takeaway. I was very, very pleased with the flavour of the saag, subbing quinoa for brown rice. Very good portion size for the price as well (for NY!) Cheery employee as well. Only dinked a star because the lemon hummus sucks unfortunately: zero flavour. But there are a variety of food options to choose from which I appreciated.

Came here after hiking in the morning! I got the Tuna Poke bowl, which was delicious! My friend got the brunch burger with fries. The drinks are strong! Whatever oil they're using for the fries is so good! The weather was also perfect for sitting outside.

So happy we came across this place that had gluten free options with great food. I got the portobello mushroom burger on gluten free bread, and my husband got a grilled chicken Caesar salad - both were so good! Even the side salad with the lemon vinaigrette was so good. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is chill. Highly recommend this spot

*This location is on the second floor, above Starbucks.

The food was delicious!!! I wish they would provide organic ketchup to go with their organic beef and food! The staff members are so nice and polite! The bathrooms are very clean. Yay for Elevation!!! We sat outside and it was so nice and perfect with kids because they could safely play after eating.
I’ve wanted to try Alligator Soul for 3 years. Yesterday I had my birthday dinner there thank to my wife.

The food, atmosphere and service were excellent! For starters we had the Alligator Bites, Shrimp and Grits, Gumbo and the Alligator Mac and Cheese which was the best Mac and Cheese I’ve ever had! Our server Judd was great and I decided to try the Antelope Steak which was phenomenal. The wife had the crab cake she liked it and so did I.

For dessert had coffee and the banana cheesecake yum.

Overall a great experience and highly recommended.

Food looks much better in advertising than it is in fact. I ordered Buffalo Chicken Cauliflower Wrap, excited to try a tasty, crispy gluten free meal. Cauliflower was limp and flavorless. Wrap was just warmed, hardly toasted on a griddle as depicted. Sauce is not served apart, as depicted, but incorporated into the wrap. I dutifully ate what I'd bought, wishing I'd ordered at the Indian vendor one spot over.

Why would a restaurant use UBER eats to deliver a HUGE order?? Very disappointing. Our order was delayed for a very important meeting due to a communication issue. The driver spoke ZERO English and couldn’t find the location although I specified the floor and address.
We've been to a few of the fine dining restaurants in Savannah and we have found the best value, so far, to be here at Alligator Soul. At this price point, you expect great service and you get it. The menu has something for the adventurous, like wild game and kangaroo, but it also has jazzed up lowcountry classics like gumbo or shrimp and grits. We will be coming back for more!

Everything gluten free. Wraps and bowls are super tasty. Great option for tourists looking for an inexpensive celiac-friendly option!
I had the fried chicken biscuit and gravy and it was so delicious! The strawberry french toast was so good too. I will definitely be coming back here to try the whole menu!! So many great choices.
I had an incredible dining experience at Le Botaniste in NYC. The plant-based menu was not only delicious but also creatively crafted. Jesus and Justin provided exceptional service, making my meal even more enjoyable. The food was so good that I've become a loyal customer - they have gained a 'chromer for life'! I highly recommend Le Botaniste for anyone looking for a unique and flavorful dining experience. I highly recommend this place!!!

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff, but the food lacks flavor. Although the presentation was nice, the dishes lacked soul. After the entrance, I had low expectations. However, the dessert was better than expected.

I loved everything about this place. The wines are from France (I’m allergic to American wines 🤷🏽‍♀️)and organic and were delicious. All the dishes were delicious! Also the power flower latte was awesome!
EVERYTHING IS GLUTEN FREE!? Yup! Feeling so safe that I couldn't help to try a bowl and a wrap. The staff were amazing with us. Recommended 100%
We place a large order of different kinds of kids' meals to take out. All the orders were efficiently and accurately prepared. The kids loved the choices and the food. We were very pleased with the experience. Thank you!

The food is absolutely bangin'. I eat here 2-3 times a week and rotate between the grimewrap and the hungry bowl. The buffalo cauliflower is also delicious. They are typically quick and the ingredients seem to be fresh. Very solid (& healthy) lunch option.

Although this restaurant is on a main road across from a dark lounge (Desoto's) and a muffler shop, the food and drinks we had were delicious! 50+ yo couple from Camden SC in town for the week. First time visit. Ordered cocktails: Smoke Show, special drink The Spice Is Right, Pinapple Mai Tai, and Feta Fries. Yummy! Delicious!!! The cashier let us taste the CBD beer, and it was good too! We sat outside behind the flower boxes, which were a really nice touch and helped set a better atmosphere due to the traffic. The employees were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back!!

My wife and I were searching for a tasty drink and snack.. After looking at Desoto's, The Golden Pine Apple, We settled on Hawywood Common. The menu posted outside was very helpful. Upon entering the room is split one side to order drinks and food and the other for inside dining. They have a small front porch and picnic style rear dining for those who want to enjoy the outside which is where we were. We ordered a daily special drink "The Spice is Right"- smoaky ginger strawberry puray. It went down quickly! My wife had the "Smoak Show" another smoaky drink with hibiscus ginger lime and grapefruit. You might ask where is the snack? Well my friend, we ate the Feta Fries. Crinkle cut sweet potatoe fries topped with chili olives, Sriracha mayo and fetta. They were with the money. We spent about $20 per person. BTW, they have a tasty cambucha and cbd beer!

Amazing experience at elevation burger, I’d recommend the signature elevation Burger absolutely Delicious. The quality is always of the highest & the crew was very Friendly & Engaging special Thanks to Osman, Victor, Tahleeyah , Kelsey & Country For the Great experience & Hospitality.
Honestly, I spent a week in Savannah and went to as many high end restaurants as possible, and this was my favorite by far!! Exotic meats and the best flavors in town. Also, bartender Harley made me the most perfectly balanced dirty Martini I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend!

Ana Lisa was amazing! Every course better than the last. Recommendations: Bison Tartare, Elk Tenderloin, Cod and Sockeye, Mushrooms, and chicken fried Quail! Every dish is a showstopper. Will be back again, and again.
This restaurant has such a beautiful dinning room. The food is amazing with great options for those who want to be adventurous. I got the alligator fritters, which were delightful and had a spicy kick to them. I also got the gumbo (which had frog legs). I have never had frog legs before and I was scared to try them. The frog legs tasted great!! I would definitely go back to Alligator Soul and would recommend it anyone passing by Savannah. If you can’t get a reservation, don’t be afraid to arrive at opening and see if they can accommodate your party (this approach works especially well for 1-2 people).

This was my first time here, and I will likely be back with more friends. You order at the counter and pick your food up when it's ready, then bus your own table when finished. There are several vegetarian options on the menu. Please see additional information included with this review. I loved the portobello bowl, and my friend had the house burger with sweet potato waffle fries, and enjoyed that too. Prices are fair and portions are large. The staff member taking our order was friendly and made a good recommendation when I asked for her opinion. I LOVE the large outdoor seating area. After paying for our food we were shown another screen with tip amounts on it. I'm not sure what we tipped for, since there is no table service; and I thought the city council voted for restaurant workers to be paid a living wage of $15/hr. I guess I need to be clued in - am I tipping the kitchen staff, person taking my order or what? Coming from a culture where tipping is for table service, and there was none, I guess I'm confused. I loved the portobello bowl and will definitely be back.
We cannot say enough good things about Alligator Soul. We made reservations in advance which I recommend. The service was impeccable. The food was delicious! We recommend the alligator fritters, frog legs and gumbo dishes. My husband ate the antelope special entree which was cooked to perfection! Our cocktails were well balanced. The restaurant prides themselves on farm to table style cuisine. They really out did themselves!!

Really lovely place for a healthy, delicious meal. I’m gluten-free so I appreciated that that was the default (instead of having to parse through the menu to find the GF options).
My partner and I ordered the Tibetan Mama and Saag Bota. Both were flavorful and we loved that they were filling but didn’t leave us feeling heavy afterwards. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, and helpfully walked us first-timers through the menu.
We’ll happily eat at Le Botaniste again!

This restaurant is beyond amazing. The food was delicious, the staff friendly, and a great date night out. Amazing vegan AND gluten free! Finally a meal where I feel so good after eating!
Came in on the recommendation of the person I was with. Sriracha chicken sandwich is terrible and flavorless. No hint of spice or Sriracha at all. Not even a pinch of salt. Bun also cold as if it came out of the fridge. Customer service was good. The gentleman who took our order was nice. Restaurant was clean. Would not return or recommend

Beautiful little spot with great food! I had the "spicy" chili sin carne (not very hot but lots of flavorful spices). I really enjoyed it, and the service was great. They let me sample the sauces and pick my favorite. Prices were fair, too.

Overall great experience! Wish they had seats with backs, but that's a minor thing. Really liked it, wish I lived here to come back!

This was the second time I ate at the restaurant. The first time was in the summer, and my adult beverage had a huge black ant in it. The owner was aware but never apologized. This visit I was wondering how eight people who ordered after me received their meals before I did. Especially since five of the eight ordered the Rachel with Chili. Yeah, it's one of those restaurants. The busser and cooks did a great job. I'm probably got to scratch this establishment off my list of food options in this city. Oh, you pay and tip before you receive your food. Yes, even when you dine in. I over tipped for the service received. Never again.

I walked in and no one was in line so I stood there waiting. And waited. And waited some more. 3 other customers came in and were waiting behind me. The workers were walking around and preparing food so casually and leisurely, talking and laughing with each other, looking up at me but never saying anything for 20 minutes before I walked out without even being able to order. It felt like I was on a hidden camera show to see how long I can endure such a ridiculous scene. I will never go back, so I can’t even attest to the food.

Listen - if you’re just visiting or if you’re a local ;Vin 48 is hands- down the best culinary and cocktail experience you’ll have in Avon. I’ve been here atleast 30 times. You can trust me. ;)From the daily specials to the craft cocktails - you simply cannot go wrong at Vin. The service is top notch , which if you’re local, you know is hard to find. Plenty of places with ‘good food ‘ and bad service. If you want to CHECK ALL THE BOXES, come to Vin 48. This place holds strong against the best restaurants I’ve eaten at across the country.

Come. To. Vin.

But leave a seat at the bar for me ;)

Shout out to Mitch and Jeff. They KILL it on the bar 🥂 Vin 48 has the best cocktail program of any place in Avon. Don’t waste your time in BC village trying to find that ‘experience ‘. It’s here at Vin 48.

We wanted to try Elevation Burger because we had passed by it on a few occasions and it looked interesting. So we went in and tried it out. The food was very good and tasted amazing. The fries were very crispy and tasted fresh. My fiancé ordered a burger to see how it was. She typically isn’t a burger person, but she enjoyed this one very much. We’ll definitely be back!

Vin48 is an absolute gem! The tapas style menu allowed us to savor a little bit of everything - each dish bursting with flavor and creativity. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making our dining experience truly special.

The service at Vin48 was top-notch, with cheerful staff members who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. And oh, the wine selection! It was extensive and perfectly paired with our meal.

To top it all off, the unique twist on carrot cake was a delightful surprise. It was a taste sensation that left us wanting more.

Highly recommend Vin48 to all foodies and wine enthusiasts seeking a memorable dining adventure. Go, indulge, and prepare to be wowed!

This place is fast, casual, and delicious. Been here a couple times and I believe everything is reported to be 100% organic. This most recent visit I got the pasta bolognese, which was incredibly filling and comforting. Its not going to taste parallel to meat, but there is substance there and would appeal to those who are moving towards a plant focused eating lifestyle. The staff is always happy to answer any questions you may have.

This was a nice little spot. We had the soup and the summer roll. It is a nice menu and decent vegan food. I wouldn’t say this is the best vegan food we’ve had, vegan can still be beautifully flavoured and balanced. We found the food lacked flavour and balance. I’ve had lots of beautiful vegan food all over the world and I suppose I hoped a spot in NYC would be elevated.
The service was lovely and the seating was also nice! I’d recommend it for the price but know it won’t be spectacular. It’s good!

This place is one of the all time NY favorites for inexpensive, but super tasty lunch.
The food here tastes homey, is very veggie forward and just plain delicious. Tibetan Mama and Chilli Sin Carne were the favorites, while Tagine was good, just not to my taste. Veggie balls were just ok, but the green pea hummus they came with was a mouthful of flavor!
The place just looks and feels elevated enough, so you don’t feel like you’re in a cheap eatery. Overall it’s highly recommended and honestly for this price it’s closer to 4.5 stars, which it absolutely deserves!
Melt Revival is cool, hip, fun, quirky, healthy and absolutely delicious!!! We ordered the Vegetarian 3 Way, Artichoke Melt, Verde Chicken and The Gobbler!! Y-U-M-M-Y!! We all left wanting more.

The environment was bright, inviting and chill! Walk in, read the menu at a small table (located where a podium would be if waiting to be seated), and order at the counter. Super simple and relaxed. The person that took our order was lively, funny, friendly and entertaining! Totally kept us on our toes!

Melt Revival is where it is at in Cinci!!!

Absolutely outstanding, 5 stars
We come here once or twice a year,
it was always good, now its even better than ever. Server told us that they changed chef, my compliments.
We always get a bunch of small plates instead of a main course so we can try a bit of everything.
Everything was absolutely delicious, our favorite was the bison tartare, I loved the capers, the octopus with the citrus tapenade the flavor was soooo good, the arugula and burrata salad was good, I would’ve added more prosciutto cause it was so good, then we had the special which was the foie gras, absolutely amazing, the acidity of the cherries paired perfectly, then we ordered the pork meatballs which were good but too sweet for our taste and the kind server let us choose something different so we went for the scallop and pork belly which was savory and tasted like heaven.
We don’t have a sweet tooth so we ordered the chicken liver mousse for dessert to finish our cocktail, the mousse was out of this world.
For cocktails we had the gin and pimms, super refreshing.
Service was a 10 and we love the ambiance.
I recommend a 100000%, I think we we’ll be back more often.

We gave Le Botaniste a try because it is a 100% vegan restaurant, perfect for vegans and vegetarians in the city. The Tibetan Mama bowl was great! It was flavorful and diverse in color and texture - the kimchi contrasted delightfully with the curry. On the other hand, the soup of the day was bland and honestly quite sad. The food here is a mixed bag, but I still recommend you give it a try!

as a vegan, i was so excited to see a vegan biscuits and gravy. it was so good and the portion size was phenomenal. the vegan tofu scramble was also very delicious. the blueberry smoothie is the one to get!! bacon was cooked perfectly. the eggs were bussin, respectfuly. breakfast burritos were smackin’!! the table markers are pictures of celebrities which adds a funky vibe. would recommend this place to anyone who asks!
Walking by this wonderful urban food space I chose 21 grains for lunch. The menu items are fresh, raw, organic and original. Chose the cauli salad and added salmon - SO GOOD! The line moves quickly- the staff behind the counter are friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back. Added a beer from a nearby bar for a little kick to the day!

.
Pros:
(+) Vegan and vegetarian burgers
(+) Build your own burgers
(+) Plenty of drink options at the self-serve fountain
(+) Shakes / ice cream

Cons:
(-) I wasn’t a fan of the cheese used on the Fiery Fries. They used sliced cheese so it didn’t have the cheese pull, instead it looked like plastic and breaks off into pieces leaving the fries and cheese in a clump (See video and photo)
A great spot in the Northside area. I have been there couple of times, to their old location as well as new. This place has decent vegetarian/vegan options which are not the regular ones you find at other places. The food tastes good. They have Sunday brunch menu and their vegan biscuit and gravy is my favourite. The service is good and friendly. The ambience is nice and you have outdoor seating in summers.
