This store is terrible with their choice of employees and most importantly, terrible management. There's not 1 employee that knows what they're talking about when you have a question and you're always passed along to the next employee who has no idea either. All of their listed amounts of materials on the website are very far from being correct. One would think that management would properly train their employees for which ever section or department they're going to work in but, that's certainly not the case. It's amazing that anyone who works here is even capable of being employed.

Had the products I needed. Helpful & knowledgeable staff. Decent prices. Easy to back up my vehicle for loading.

Always an adventure and not a good one. I sometimes choose curbside pick up and never get curbside delivery. I always have to go in, wait in their crazy customer service line, to wait for someone to try and did my order. Once I went in and reahopped do my entire order then the cashier didn't know how to complete it.

Lakeside remodeled our outdated kitchen and we are thrilled with the finished product! From the initial design process with Jim and Mel to the completion with Jeff, Jim, and Jon, the work was done with a crew who took care with each and every detail as if it were their own kitchen remodel. The kitchen is beautiful and we would highly recommend Lakeside to anyone!!

We purchased a dishwasher for delivery. It took about 20 minutes for the sales associate to answer the page to provide assistance because they were having a Labor Day party. Delivery was scheduled for 9/12. The delivery men showed up but since they were not provided with the plug at the Home Depot warehouse they were unable to install the dishwasher. So they took it back and gave me a number to call and it took 45 minutes for someone to tell me I had to get rescheduled. So I called the Home Depot store where I purchased the dishwasher. I advised that I would not cancel the order if it could be delivered the next day. They were not able to do that. Did not care about the sale at all. Incompetent.

From start to finish, a surprisingly very good experience. After having them "design" my cabinets based on measurements I gave them, the decision to buy them was left up to me. They freely allowed me to contact them if I wanted to purchase. The delivery process took ten days and they continued to assist me as needed with any consultation. The quality of the cabinets was excellent especially the hardware used for the doors and drawers. My future investment in more cabinets will see me returning to them. Very satisfied.

We are very pleased with the kitchen renovation work that Guilin performed at our home. They provided reliable and professional services. They paid attention to details and made an effort to handle everything to our satisfaction. We highly recommend them to our friends.

Sparse choice of flower pots. I like clay pots, as they hold in the moisture, so you don't have to water your plants as often. Clay pots are pricey. I found large plastic pots there. To cover the dull colors I purchased contact paper, easily removed, to brighten the outer sides of the large flower pots. They do have very good prices on planting soil for house plants, flowers ... etc.

We chose Kitchen Cabinets & Beyond to remodel our kitchen after having used them for our master bathroom and bedroom several years ago. Emad is very easy to work with and had continuous contact with us from beginning to end. He came and met with us to discuss what we wanted done in the kitchen. Instead of a complete remodel as far as a new footprint for the kitchen, we wanted to reface and get new countertops and backsplash. Emad guided me through cabinet door and drawer styles, backsplash, colors, etc. We had wanted to do something a bit different with our upper cabinets and hood over the cooktop, so he and his cabinet maker designed a bridge to connect the cabinets and clean up the look we had previously. The cabinet maker, Ahmed worked with my husband to design a freestanding wall cabinet for an empty wall. He beautifully designed and crafted the perfect cabinet and it is exactly what we were looking for, matching the new look. Installation went very smoothly. We are very happy with our updated kitchen! We used Kitchen Cabinets and Beyond to remodel our living, dining, and family rooms. We wanted hardwood flooring in the living and dining area, put up wainscoting, reface our fireplaces, and have mantles built for both areas. Emad came to our home to discuss what we wanted. He worked with us to help choose materials and the look we wanted. We met with him and his cabinet maker, Ahmed several times to narrow down exactly what we wanted in the custom wainscoting and mantles. It was very much appreciated that they took the time to make sure it was right before Ahmed constructed the wainscot. For the living and dining area, we had a beautiful French oak herringbone pattern wood floor installed, beautiful custom wainscoting throughout the room and also wainscoting panels covering the old upper bricks on the wall of the fireplace to match. Beautiful marble refacing on the old brick fireplace itself, and a gorgeous custom mantle. The room was exactly what I wanted, and we’re so happy. The room is gorgeous and lighter and brighter. We receive many compliments from friends and family. The family room fireplace also was refaced with a different marble, cut in smaller pieces that gave a different look from the living room, and Ahmed also made a custom mantle exactly how I wanted. I highly recommend Kitchen Cabinets and Beyond for any remodeling needs. Emad is great to work with, and Ahmed a talented craftsman and installer.

My Husband suggested that we use KCB for our down stairs remodel. He had previously used them for new flooring in a building of ours and was happy with the results. I am very happy we used them again. We completely gutted our downstairs which included, kitchen, dining room, office, laundry room, and family room. Emad was very nice to work with and had great ideas to offer. He was so easy to get ahold of. He had a great attitude whenever I wanted to make a change to something. Every one of his employees were a pleasure to work with and I felt very comfortable leaving them alone in my house. We even went on vacation for over two weeks and Emad and I were able to continue communicating about our project. I have worked with contractors in the past who would go missing for a week at a time with no communication, and have a lot of hidden costs. I felt Emad has been upfront and fair. I am so pleased how everything turned out. Our house looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend Kitchen Cabinets and Beyond to my family and friends.

I've been back and forth with Home Depot for the past week on a $2,500 flooring order and I wish I bought at Lowes. I placed an order for flooring, paid $130 extra for it to be delivered in my home. I was told Home Depot would contact me to arrange a drop off time on Tuesday 7/25. Never received a call. On Tuesday at 7:28 am I got an email saying they were dropping off between 7-11am. I called HD to ask to push the time back, not sure why I was notified about the drop off time AFTER the time already started. The HD employee told me they notified the delivery team to not deliver since they couldn't push the time back. I get a call at 7:55am from the delivery team saying I'm not answering my door...

A different employee calls me Tuesday afternoon to scold me saying I didn't answer my delivery after I asked for that time slot. I told the employee that no one contacted me to arrange a time AND a different employee told the driver not to drop off. She arranged for Saturday 7/29 drop off saying someone would contact me for a time slot.

Thursday 7/27 I get a call from this Home Depot asking if they should cancel my order?! What is going on?! I called back, the phone rang for 10 minutes, I told them employee on the phone I'm returning the call about my order, she placed me on hold. After being on hold for 20+ minutes I hung up. This is absolutely ridiculous, go to Lowes or another company that isn't all over the place.

The five stars are for the young woman who helped me get a heavy AC off the shelf all by her self, and then put it in my car for me! There was no one around to help me so I went over to the self check out area and asked the young woman working there if there was someone who could help me with getting an AC. she said she would help and came with me (it was close to the registers) and picked up the 60 lb ac and put it on a trolly thingy for me to take to the check out. She then said she would help me put it in my car. She didn't complain or even try to get someone else to do this for me even though she was really busy helping people at the check out. Anyway, I wish I had noticed her name but she was there today around 11:30 or 12 working the self check out. She deserves a raise!

We totally re did our garage. And used Cabinets Plus for the cabinets.
We had excellent service from Marine'. She worked closely with us in setting up the overall design. Her communication skills are excellent. And she has a strong knowledge base.

The cabinets came out very nice. Unfortunately, the install was not up to standard. The crew rushed the job and the drawers and cabinet doors on one side did not open and hang properly. We noticed this a few days following the install. I contacted Carolina, the office manager, who told me it would be three weeks before they could send someone out for the repair as that was when someone would be 'in the area'.
I got extremely upset and insisted that someone come out sooner. You have our money so we are not a priority now?

She then scheduled a crew to come the following week.

About a month later (in October) the seals on two of the tall cabinet units started peeling. I contacted the office and did not get a response. Unfortunately, we had non related issues that arose so I had to put aside this problem.

This past Spring I called the office again and spoke to Carolina. Explained in detail what the issue was and reminded her that NO one followed up. She asked for photos which I sent and arranged to send someone.

No apologies. Nothing.

The gentleman who came did an excellent job in repairing the mishaps. Very thorough.

I since found out that a couple of others who used this same company had similar problems. Rushed install and poor response from Carolina. However, they have not posted a review. Yet.

As a result, I cannot recommend them. Good start. The final outcome is very nice.
But this was due to me having to get into anger mode.

Look elsewhere.

My cabinets were installed over a year ago and because the shelves were large and I had many books on them, they were caving a bit at the center. I called to see if there is something that could be done. They immediately schedule a visit to look at the shelves. Jose, the tech, measured and returned after I scheduled a convenient time for me and added reinforcement. Shelves are perfect again. The customer service experience was perfect.

In the middle of have our bathroom remodel by another company, We find out that they could not customize a vanity the way we wanted and need it. Therefore, we contacted Emad, and he was only to happy to help us. He customized an 80 inch vanity with counter top and sinks( three or four inches taller than the previous one). Also, he sent one of his guys to help us raise the light switches and medicine cabinet when the company we were using wanted a lot of money to do this when it should have been covered in the price we were paying them. Because Emad did a fantastic job, communicated with us and helped us in our time of need, we will certainly use him and his company for our future remodels and upgrades.

The original sales person was great, but the quality was below average. The one shelf doesn’t even come out it’s stuck and the backing was very chipped, like half of it. We called the office twice to talk about this and can’t get ahold of them.

They are back on the ball and my order today was as fast as I've ever seen. Keep up the great work!!!

I guess they do the best they can with the help they have. If you order for curbside pickup, you should expect at least a 45 minute wait. While you are waiting try not to get upset at the employees roaming g the parking lot doing nothing, I am pretty sure they do not know any better. If you call to speak to customer service expect to be hung up on. Now there are a handful of great employees in this store, just pray they are on shift during your visit, I think the delaware lottery gas better odds though. Currently as I type this I have been for 30 minutes, and as I wait for my purchase to be brought to me via a service the store does offer, I am watching 3 employees roam and do nothing. I am no retail manager, but I am pretty sure it takes almost no brain power or skill to walk an order to a vehicle. A good question is, if the store is so understaffed why are the employees in the parking lot doing nothing? 🤔

I have used Kitchen Cabinets and Beyond for 2 projects and have been extremely pleased with both projects. Emad designed both our kitchen and bathroom remodel. His insight as to the best design and layout was invaluable. He was there every step of the way and was always available for any questions or concerns. For complete renovation of kitchen can be overwhelming and time consuming. Gulin Cabinets team made the process from designing to completing the kitchen a seamless process. They were also very accommodating and willing work with you on changes needed along the process. They showed up on time and got the job done in professional manner.

KCB remodeled my entire master bathroom - cabinets, tile, flooring and new shower. Emad and his crew are extremely professional, knowledgeable and consistently on time. The project turned out just as I expected and their work is top quality. I will use them again for other projects. This is a great company!

What a great experience. A Big box store had a 4 month wait for all wood green cabinets.. 2 weeks with Premium Cabinets and they could install then. We set a date but the only problem was they called and wanted to get it done even earlier!! 🤩😁 LOVE my cabinets, quartz, and installation. Everything that Misti or Bryce promised came true. Their installers are professional and exacting. A very fast process in total. If I had waited for the big box store that had green cabinets... they wouldn't have arrived until March..instead we contacted them, design was done, cabinets ordered and installed in perhaps 3 weeks time. Quartz was a week after that. I waited to post this until I got my flooring installed just this week.. a big 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have a very old kitchen and wanted to give a new look. I like modern style with a more simplified touch. After seeing reviews and pictures I visited Premium Cabinets showroom. Misty helped me to design the kitchen and pick the cabinet style. A few days later Bruce came to do the measurement. Their team is amazing Bryce, Misty and Della. Communication was super easy. If you're looking for quality and good price for cabinets, this is the place.

Their prices for our kitchen remodel where very reasonable in comparison to the other companies I had putting in their bids, even those companies that do resurfacing were more expensive. The workmanship was very good. My new kitchen turned out above my expectations. Very please with the results.

They installed all 5 of my closets in one day and did an amazing job! The price is was also very reasonable with all the upgrades I added on to my custom closets . The best decision I made this year was to choose Lakeside Kitchen Design to remodel an 1980's cabin kitchen.

A couple of decades ago, my husband and I had remodeled our kitchen In a different house. The experience was fraught with delays and “unforeseen” problems. Given this negative experience, I cautiously researched, spoke with and met a number of kitchen designers and contractors in the area. After speaking with the owner, Mel Lapp and the designer, Jim Rosini, I felt confident selecting Lakeside Kitchen Design.

From start to finish, remodeling my kitchen was a satisfying, and enjoyable experience. Both Mel and Jim Rosini were professional, knowledgeable, and highly communicative. No question I asked went unanswered, but rather acknowledged and addressed. The carpenters and electrician were detail oriented, leaving the worksite, spotless, on each trip. Unbeknownst to me, a slow leak under the kitchen sink had damaged the subfloor and below. All this was meticulously and thoughtfully repaired.

My new beautiful cabin kitchen boasts blue cabinets, white tiled backsplash and woodgrain laminate counters.

We remodeled our kitchen and purchased our cabinets through CabinetDIY. I went to 6 others cabinet
suppliers (from big-box stores to small boutiques) and Cabinet diy had the highest quality cabinets at the
best price. We are very happy with the high quality and the beautiful look of the cabinets. (And they are
made in the U.S.A.)
The customer service of CabinetDIY is excellent. They are very knowledgeable about kitchen design and
very accurate in their work. They quickly met all the challenges and special requests we had for our
kitchen. I highly recommend them and plan to use them when we remodel our bathrooms.

We had a really good experience with CabinetDIY. Responsive and very helpful all through the process of
selecting, measuring, ordering and then ordering some replacements for us. We went back and forth a lot
and she was very helpful and patient all along. Even after the cabinets were delivered, she was quick to
answer all queries we had with installation, we had a little minor damage to the doors after about 2
months of installation and we sent her picture and she ordered us replacements no questions asked.

Love my new kitchen, being a novice kitchen remodeled didnt know what to expect and feared the worst,

My husband and I visited Cabinets Plus at their Irvine location. We were pleasantly greeted by John who was working the front counter. We were very impressed with his involvement, and the time he took with us. (We later learned that John was the owner of the company.)
John listened to me, and escorted us to the showroom. He brought Lisa Evans (Senior Designer) into our conversation and she was GREAT!

When my general contractor couldn't deliver the kitchen cabinets they promised Guilin was there. We had been delayed and without a kitchen for months. The team at Guilin felt our pain and got to work. The cabinets are an absolute upgrade from what we were going to get, they are designed, have fantastic features, and look great. We asked for a custom hood that came out beautifully. When we had to make adjustments they came back and redid their work. They had a group text going that we could use to get status. When they said they'd show up, they did! When we needed something done urgently to get our appliances installed they came in on Saturday. I highly recommend this company for your remodel work - I certainly wish I'd considered them for my whole project.

After vacationing we came home to realize a sudden burst in our wall. Our whole lower cabinets in our kitchen where destroyed! Looking to remodel your kitchen on somewhat of a budget? We were referred to Cabinets DIY by a friend
who was building their home.
For us, we went there to see options, pricing and to learn a lot of things one should know when you're
remodeling your kitchen. We spoke with the designer who is great at what she does. It is highly
recommended that you have your exact measurements from wall to wall, floor to ceiling, length of any
windows and length of any doors. If you have all that prior to going to see if they have the styles you like,
you will be ahead of the game.
We sat with the designer and configured all the cabinets we needed to complete our kitchen design.

Great place for cabinets and very competitive prices. We love our white Shaker cabinets, they came in very well protected and look beautiful in our kitchen. Every staff member we met are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Will post pics soon of before and after when our counter tops arrive. CabinetDIY replace our vanity two years ago for a bathroom remodel. We had such a good experience with that project we picked them again for our kitchen remodel. Eva was easy to work with through multiple design changes and offered up many design solutions. She was extremely meticulous ensuring every detail was covered and extremely knowledgeable. Cabinets are ordered and should be installed early July '18.

Guilin helped me out a ton! Scott in particular was a pleasure to work with. Their showroom is so nice and clean and spacious. Definitely worth a visit!

My husband and I recently moved into a new home and wanted to quickly renovate the kitchen before our baby was born. We couldn't have asked for faster and more friendly, reliable service. Everyone in the showroom was more than accommodating and so responsive to follow-up calls and emails. They walked us through options and then assisted in the design of our kitchen. Working with Eva was awesome! Within literally days they provided a schematic (with exact measurements and cabinet types needed) and a price estimate. One week later we ordered the cabinets and received them the following week. It couldn't have been easier. The final price for completely new cabinets (not just doors) was also very reasonable.

The service was so good, we're going back to them for counter tops as well.

I had 4 closets that we wanted to redo but I wasn't totally sure about the 2 in the kids room due to cost. Andy came to my house and measured everything and let me know it was easier to measure and quote pricing vs coming back. So once we got the quote and we were happy the with design and price we decided to do all of the closets. I was most impressed by their ability to create a custom built in for my very small closet. The initial design drawing looks exactly like the end result. My only regret is not doing this sooner.

Great business! I loved working with the showroom staff. Billy and Scott were excellent and knowledgeable. They answered my questions professionally and knew all the options. Then they gave me excellent designs from their team and helped me revise them to fit my preferences. The crew was efficient with few hiccups. They completed everything to my satisfaction and on time. Brian was great too, very accommodating. Would recommend them to all my friends and I am already starting to do just that.

I ordered custom cabinets for my garage and they look great installed. Initially I was told it would take 4-5 weeks, but they were ready in 2 weeks which really helped since the job was complete before I moved in. They also skillfully cut out small sections on the back of the cabinets per my request to allow for an existing electrical outlet and security wiring. I also had a spontaneous request for the installer, which was unrelated to my order: By chance he had some extra shelving material in his truck and was able to cut me a couple of small replacement shelves for ones that had to be thrown out during a mold remediation project in my bathroom the month before. It made my day since trying to find the right dimensions on Amazon or Home Depot was impossible.

Premium Cabinets is the best! Bryce, Misti and the whole team treated us like family. I wanted to renovate my kitchen (new cabinets, new countertop, new appliances) but I didn’t know much about the process or where to begin. From the moment I walked through the door of Cabinet Wholesalers – I was impressed with their level of professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work and service. Eirik personally walked me though the initial process, gave me a lot of great information and set up an in-home estimate for a few days after this initial meeting. After the estimate, I was sent a detailed estimate with illustrations for me to look over. Of course, I had a lot of questions which Eirik answered right away. Once I decided to go with Cabinet Wholesalers – Joy took over with the scheduling. They took care of everything - the demolition, the cabinet delivery & installation, the countertop selection/measure/install, the backsplash, and the appliance installation. Everything was communicated clearly, easily scheduled and the installers for each step were professional and did excellent work. Any concerns I had with any part of the job was addressed immediately and fixed without hassle or hesitation. It was so great to have a series of installers come exactly when they were supposed to, work diligently and do superb work. The timeline of how long everything would take was clearly communicated and any adjustments were immediately relayed to me so that everything fit within my schedule. We decided to go with kitchen Cabinet and beyond when we decided to remodel our kitchen . We got an estimate from 4 different contractors but we decided to go with KCB because of the quality of products and the reasonable cost and the great design vision that Emad had. We had a good experience with them through the project .Reliable , honest ,clean and stayed on schedule ..we are very happy with the end result .It was a whole transformation..

I highly recommend Dan to do your kitchen or closet remodel. He is a hard worker and he is a perfectionist. He helped us pick out our cabinets by giving us several choices and had patience with me as I kept changing my mind. When the cabinet hardware came in, he brought it by to make sure we liked it. He met us at the granite yard to help us pick out our granite. Once it was time to install the cabinets he worked 10-12 hrs each day until it was finished. He did such an amazing job and I totally trust him to make your home look beautiful! You won't be sorry. He went above and beyond.

Dan is definitely my go to installer for custom kitchen cabinets and closet organizers. They do the job right the first time and are very courteous of your space. If you need a cabinet maker or installer in Orange County then DA Cabinets is the way to go for sure. 👍👍

Our kitchen turned out great! Cabinet Wholesalers was very responsive to making sure things were completed to our satisfaction. Mike's finish carpentry work was the best and our backsplash turned out really nice too!

I hired this company on June 24th 2017 to install kitchen cabinet doors and bathroom cabinet doors at $11200. Same day I signed the hand written contract they ask for a deposit then a month later another deposit and on shipment to them I paid $6200 so far and as of today October 15th and still no cabinets. I made several calls with no response so I reversed the credit card charges and left a message that I did so. Suddenly I immediately received a call back and they were pushing for an install date. I then immediately cancelled to reverse charges so that they get there money and called Luis, the sales rep that I had done so. Well I could not make the install date that they wanted and so I believe Luis told them I did not want the cabinets. Eirik Orman and his brother Brandon, filed a Mechanics Lien on my property because I could not schedule an install date. I tried to reschedule another date but Chelsea, there appt scheduler told me a day before that I must have everything out of the cabinets and that I must pay $3000 cash prior to delivery. I was not aware of that and had people at the house so I had to cancel and low and behold, I received a Mechanics Lien against my home. I wished to God I had never hired this company.
If only I had read there other nightmare reviews then I would of never hired them. Not only did they file a frivolous Mechanics Lien with malicious intent according to the attorneys but they by law have to notify of the intent to file prior to filing according to California law. We were advised to file a complaint with the Contractors State License Board on failure to fulfill the terms of an agreement and on abandonment of a project. We will wait to see there response.
We have paid all moneys on time and according to the agreement.
Update: they removed the Mechanics Lien and the scheduled install date Is November 20th.

r several calls and getting hung up on by there absolutely most unprofessional receptionist, Cassandra, to get this job completed that began June 24th 2017 and as of today, October 6th 2019 still not completed, I had to get an attorney involved and reach out to another company to finish the job that I paid cabinet wholesalers in the amount of $11200.
According to Mike Garcia (Cabinet wholesalers contractor) who was very honest, let me know that they did a bad installation and will need to redo kitchen cabinet re-framing. So once again for a third time Mike is having to come out with samples for ordering the new frame. The second time was to measure cabinets and now the third is to bring out samples to match cabinets.
Brandon Orman, who I must say is very nice and very professional, called me today, Sunday to let me know Mike will be out with samples and then installation could be done in a couple of weeks.
Update...Mike came out and did a great job and even went beyond what they were suppose to do. So bottom line here is I am very happy with my new cabinets. Went through a lot with this company, but the cabinets turned out beautifully. Thank you Brandon, Eirik and Mike for coming through with my project.

Lakeside Kitchen Design did my bathroom 3 year ago and my kitchen this year. I can't say enough good things about Lakeside Kitchen Design. Everything was set out clearly; the work was done on time and on budget. They were easy to work with and coordinated perfectly with the people doing the floor, tile and appliances. I literally never had to worry about a thing and the kitchen might be the nicest kitchen I have ever seen in my life!

Lakeside Kitchen Design was wonderful to work with. They installed our original kitchen cabinets when the house was built years before. When we decided to add more cabinets we went over to talk to Mel. They installed them and you cannot tell that they weren't original when the other cabinets were put in. No difference in color at all. Very professional and nice to work with. Recommend them highly.

I love my new kitchen! Mel and Jim are very professional and made helpful suggestions and designs that would work for the small area I have while still working within my budget. Jeff and his crew were excellent and timely in installing. Thanks so much!
