My husband and I placed an order. We cooked our dinner, ate, then got ready to go pick the order up. The drive was a 45 minute drive. We arrived and the order had not even been pulled yet. He was told that they would get someone to get it right away. We then sat and waited over an hour while the person who was told to pull order walked around, chatted with other people and screwed off. Finally someone asked my husband if he was okay because he was truly getting very upset. He said No, I am not okay. I have been patiently waiting for this order to be pulled while all these workers are standing around playing on phones, chatting, joking around with people and aimlessly walking around. MEANWHILE my wife and young child have been waiting outside in the truck for this to get done. Seriously?! THIS is how you run a business?!?! Unbelievable. Absolutely unbelievable. Would I EVER recommend this store?! Absolutely not.
I was lost looking for something specific and on the other side of the store, a very friendly employee named Keke in the contractor section provided me with exact details and directions on where to find what I was looking for. Great customer service.
I was in the middle of a dance battle at Gettysburg in 1863 when a time-traveling bathtub brought me to 2024. Home Depot is amazing!
The technology, like water coming out of the wall, is mind-blowing. The store is huge, clean, and well-organized, with a vast selection of products.

Employees were nice and helpful. Unfortunately the curtain rod bracket display was fairly empty and I ended up having to buy a new, not needed, curtain rod that had brackets. Otherwise, nice store with a great garden center.
I only give this store 3 stars because of it's convenience. There is always a line when I am ready to check out. It is very difficult to find anyone to assist me if I have a question or I can't find an item. Their saving grace is the app. You can at least find where an item is by aisle and bin if you have the app. This is an urban store, so it seems busier than some of the other Home Depot locations I shop at. Overall, this Home Depot is the one I frequent the most because of its convenience. I can usually find what I am looking for, so that is my first choice of stores to run up and get what I need for a home repair or improvement.
This is absolutely the best Home Depot , I have ever seen the latin women are very knowledgeable and true professionals they helped me get my veterans credit through the Home Depot appt, I have been trying to purchase stove top drip pans for my Ge stove a lot of other stores say they have them but often they don't fit, but here they definitely fit my ge stove, this Home Depot from the customer service desk to the back of the store deserves 10 stars, 1st class all the time !!!
Store does not honor their own display prices, you may see a completely different price of an item when going to checkout.
Went in to purchase some flooring and when checking out the price was completely different than what was displayed and the store manager only offered $100 off the total for not displaying the correct price.
