This surgery is run by Green Porch Surgery Milton.
It originally opened in 2018 but since Covid has been basically closed.Patients have been tasked with attending Green Porch Surgery if they can get an appointment

Phoned after 9am and had an appointment face to face for 2 hours later. Very pleased with reception and staff and the paramedic we saw was lovely. Never got an appointment that fast before always had to ring at 8am and hope they had some. Something has changed to be able to get in the same day.
We have been with newington surgery for over 30 years so I do know what it was like good times and bad

most of the time it's closed, cannot pre book an appointment and have to call every morning to see if there is a booking and every day its fully booked. So you will never see your GP.

Been ringing every day during the week trying to make an appointment
No one answers the phone and everythime I've gone to walk in to talk to someone about making an appointment the door is locked, even though it's supposedly open according to their website.

Terrible. The only good thing about it is the lovely lady behind the desk. Can never get through and never see a doctor as he’s never there. Pointless
Rung 10 times this morning and no answer.. been waiting months to see a doctor but ohwell

Appalling attitude from staff. Diabetic T1 patient and disabled. Was passing through village on a bus at approx 4pm this week and felt extremely unwell. Got off bus as knew the NHS surgery on the high street was open and I could go in there for help. (So I thought?!). I thought a GP surgery/NHS was meant to be there for people. Over officious and rude member of staff refused point blank to let me go into the disabled toilet and actually stood in front of it, even though I was about to become ill saying 'no members of the public'. I am an NHS patient and was seeking urgent help. I literally begged her and reiterated I was about to be very ill and again refused, saying she could not let me in there as there was 'no toilet paper'. I had tissues in my bag anyway. I was subsequently very ill on a side street and was kindly helped by the very nice staff from the takeaway who had no problems with me going into their private facility and were only too happy to help someone in need, but i still had to continue my journey on the train covered in the remmants of my illness (which was very bad). When I told my own GP back in Medway, they were absolutely appalled and have shown me how to make a complaint about the attitude shown to me at this surgery. Gobsmacked that this attitude was shown to me and can't believe how cruel people are. No other patients in the surgery at the time and very quiet, so what was the problem with refusing me to use the toilet in an emergency? Hope you have an answer ready as I have lodged a formal complaint with NHS England.

Worst GP I've ever had to deal with no one ever answers the phone. Yet you go past there and doesn't look busy in there absolute joke. So poorly ran and waste of time. Be quicker to to go and be come a doctor and see yourself lol.
