So annoyed how they do not let you join the gp even if you are 6 min drive away from the clinic. Ridiculous
Sent online form off which included symptoms of pins and needles in left hand and pain radiating from shoulder down arm. Triaged apparently and a pharmacist is gonna call. Rang to complain and got told to call 111. What's the bloody point of a GP practice that you can't go to!
Spoken to 111, the pins and needles/numbness are a cause for concern and need investigation. Not by Bedminster GP's though
We (my family of 4) feel blessed to have such a good practise so close to us. Starting from the beginning, the receptionists are kind and helpful, the doctors are as close to a family doctor as I could imagine and the nurses are so helpful. It's a great practise and an awesome example of how good our GPs should be. Most recently I saw Dr Jay Verma who made me feel informed and at ease with the treatment plan I am now onboarded jnto but I must say that my experience with all doctors within this practise has been great. What i love most if their eye on long term health and not just temporary fixes. Keep up the great work team as I know it takes a lot of grind to maintain this standard. Thank you!
Not even one star goes to this GP. Basically, I paid for a registered letter and 3 months have already passed and this letter is still not ready. Both the staff and the doctor lie that it will be ready the next day when I visit them and it still isn't, I don't understand a doctor, he can beat himself up down from his patient knowing how important that thing is for him. I am personally ashamed of this doctor who lies to your face without a bit of common sense. But still, I would like to know if something happens, does this GP take responsibility for what he does? Shame on you that he took your money quickly, but in your policy it doesn't say that you have to respect the deadline?.

Disgraceful. They got rid of phone system and appointments can only be made online so, if you are throwing up or feeling dizzy or having a panic attack you have to compose yourself, get to a device between specific hours, focus, read and answer plenty of questions and if you cannot do this and ring your GP they advise you to call 111. Considering there are many different circumstances, it would be considerate giving choices, this can be a good system and definitely has its pros, however it is not for all. On the top of this, most of the staff have zero empathy.
The practice is OK but their nurse has kissed my baby when she’s gone in for her immunisations.. This is entirely inappropriate and if you want to kiss our baby the least you should do is ask first!! Not okay.
We've recently moved surgery and I'm absolutely blown away by the level of care given by everyone at the surgery. From the receptionist to medical professions. I've never experienced anything like it. They take quick action and don't leave you waiting. You really feel taken care of. Definitely worth 5 stars.
Shakespeare Health Centre has been fantastic with its customer service. I am a testimony. From the receptions, they are very respectful and diligent each time. Dr Verma has been exceptional, excellent and professional each time I visit. Dr Verma is very patient, understanding and always happy to help with any referral to the big Hillingdon Hospital. I have been attended to by another Doctor's name I can't remember, all have been profiting from what they do. Thank you so much to everyone at Shakespeare Health Centre for being good at what you do. I appreciate your professionalism.
Anita Verma is one of the nicest Lady i come across in the GP Surgery.
She has extremely nice attitude towards patient and highly professional. I am very impressed by Her professionalism.
Huge respect and salute to Anita .
Thank you so so much .

This place is the worse, I call them I couldn’t get appointment by phone then went there for emergency to see the doctor, the receptionist said she can book me and appointment for 8 days later it mean I have to be in pain for 8 days until see the doctor!! It’s absurd that we paid national insurance then when I need I can not even use the GP! People than doesn’t work and doesn’t pay national insurance have priority. It show how unfair is this system…..
The reception was so helpful and clear to help me out with my issue and sort everything very quickly. I moved from other GPs that were so hard on communication and sort things out and on this one I have been impacted on a positive way with their good approach and help!

This is the 2nd time I have booked an appointment for my child only to be told when I call up on the day or arrive it’s not something they can do. The office manager and reception staff should know a list of services the nurse offers to avoid waiting proper time.

Furthermore the nurse was meant to call me during my allotted appointment time and has not. This was not the opportunity to afford yourself a break. This is still an appointment time
I have been with this surgery for many years, it has changed beyond all recognition since I joined 45 years ago. They have moved with the times, personally I have had fantastic care when needed. The doctors listen to the problems and offer a solution, which I’m my case has always been positive. Much of the surgery is now electronic which I find very convenient, so far everything works a lot better than the old way.Dr J Verma is an outstanding doctor, I had a problem, he went way beyond the extra mile to sort this out with a very happy result for me.
i have been registred here from many years. sometimes cant get appointment cause its very busy but most of the time you can get emergency appointment. all the reception staff is very good. never had any issue with tham.
The most traumatic doctor appointment ever!
I’ve arrived to the appointment 20min late with my 13m old boy who’s been unwell for a week now.
I was very grateful doctor Patel still agreed to see us.
Dr. Patel seams very annoyed that she have to see us. My little boy got scared as she was super unfriendly and wouldn’t bother to get any interaction with the baby.
She just went straight to exam his chest, completely ignoring the poor boy was frightened by her. She came across super frustrated that the boy is clinging to my arms.
She then told me to hold him tight so she can check his ears.
I’ve asked if she can give me a second to calm him down as this was very unusual for him to be soo scared.
So told me she has no time and just push through with the examination completely ignoring the poor screaming baby.
She then quickly proscribed new antibiotics and couldn’t wait to get rid of us.
When I tried to ask some questions she very dismissively opened the door to show me is time to leave.
Dr.Patel I would strongly recommend to consider changing career-a path as you definitely have no people skills and taking care of your patients is not something you’re interested in.

One of the The lady receptionists is rude and speaks down to people. I have also been on the reception when she spoke to another patient over the phone in such an awful tone. Her tone is incredibly condescending. You know what they say- people who think they have power treat you like dirt on their shoe, but the doctors who actually do the work of seeing the patients are quite nice.
It might be hard to find dedicated doctors and nurses, but receptionists are everywhere! My 17 yo worked as a receptionist in an Asset Management firm in Mayfair this past summer and she didn’t even have the training but she did so well that clients got her gifts when she had to go back to school after the summer for her A-levels.
This particular receptionist is a nightmare and my anxiety hits the roof whenever I have to speak to her. She shouldn’t be in a position to speak to people who are in pain, or sick and anxious. She has no empathy, no level of compassion and lacks simple courtesy. Her condescending tone is a different issue. I will be taking it further than the GP surgery next time I have to go through the ordeal of speaking to her.
This GP Surgery pretty much worst than worst ever I have been ever seen in my UK life. Signboards hanging on GP Surgery name but I never been found any GP into the Hayes Medical Centre, only abusive intimidating targeting me. Reasons given forced CARERS without having any kinds of treatments. Absolutely horrendous unlawfully harming GP Surgery they are, fully Currupted. Months and months no medications because of not succeeded intentions. Too many Reviews good feedback totally unreliable, unbelievable something hidden fact is hiding. Mutual agreements between patients and them to misusing NHS funding. Disabilty Rights given whoever given them money. NHS working intentions is gathering and collecting vulnerable patients confidential details information to putting Vulnerable patients into life risks, also various categories of abusive unlawfully policies to taken their money. So rude Cruel and misbehaving whenever I requested for Doctors Ap. GP controlled by the Offensive management teams. Only one aim mission and vision forced CARERS and cleaning Services. They should to replaced their GP Surgery and given appropriate name Hayes Carers and Cleaning Services. CQC concerns to do proper inspections and complaints. Gallstones, Diabetic, kidneys injured patient killing Centre no medications and no GP's. Health and Ministry Departments failure not to protect severe health conditions patients. It is really important to closing down too many Social harming GP Surgeries. What's for GP Surgery privately paid and targeting by the gruops of Offensive Criminals. False reports reporting to the NHS and LOCAL Authorities. Hopefully my feedback will help to know how the vulnerable patients are getting to Victims. GP Surgeries for intimidating targeting abusing.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎Billions shame. Again big shout for answering, so shameless groups of abusive NHS fraudulent Criminals. Avoid this surgery! It's very hard to phone at 8 and get an appointment. I phoned at a different time and was given a doctors phone appointment for 10 days later- and the doctor didn't call! also, they will try telling you that your medicines "aren't on the system". The receptionist questions you on the phone to try and catch you out and so not give you appointment/medicines. The waiting room is always packed, no seats and people complaining.
I have always found everyone at the surgery kind, helpful and professional.
Apsolutely disaster!!!!! You need to wait 2 months to get the appointment then when they take blood test you wait another month for results, then they give the results back on the paper in medical terms that only doctors can understand and they expect you to figure out yourself!? Then I asked for appointment to doctor again to translate it that took another month!!!!
Anyways I have bloating problem and do not know whats going on must have some intolerance for food I do not know, have been affected by it for almost half year now. Have been told by MRS “Doctor” to wait another 2 months and re take test again as it was only thyroid hormone that was misbalanced, however registered to take another blood test, again waiting one month for results! then again arriving on paper that no one can understand 😂its becoming hilarious. Then someone at receptionist books me in for 4th September 11 am few days before the appointment receive text from Surgery saying come between 6:45 and 8:45. Well Ok just dont have time calling them and figuring out. So came there around 8:20 what do you think?
of course on the system says I have no appointment, what a surprise. Then bunch of monkeys behind the desk saying your apple was canceled my colleague changed for you. Hmm??? should’ve you called me? to ask for a change???? Anyway then she says “doctor” was waiting for you at 7:45 🤣🤣thats the killer of the story. So hmm why no one called me by that time ?? oh they also changed my appointment from face to face to phone appointment and I said I want face to face. So if it was phone appointment at 7:45 so doctor was wating for my call then yeah?😂😂😂and he must have thought ahh u know what? I rather go grab my breakfast instead or something then must have got tired of waiting. Anyway so yeah apsolutely no communication whatsoever. Very very poor service 👎🏻👎🏻
Awesome surgery, staff are professional, helpful and efficient but more than that they are warm and friendly.... the exceed my expectations every time I call or visit.
The Reception staff are caring and supportive and do their best to resolve queries when you arrive.
Dr Jay Verma is an excellent GP - nothing is too much trouble, he treats each patient as an individual, takes time to listen and he’s 100% committed to improve patients physical and mental health
Joined this surgery when we moved to the area a few months ago and they have been great! Very empathetic doctors and my issues have always been taken seriously. Thanks!
Unbelievable been told a fractured spine not urgent can’t get a doctors appointment for my other half even though he has just been told he has fracture lower back as he is not classed as urgent!! He can’t walk and is in so much pain expected some sort of care from his gp wonder what does actually class as urgent these days?!?

Rang as per the doctors request to get results of my urgent blood test, but receptionist was patronising, saying results are not available so quickly. Advised her to liaise with the doctor before she points fingers. She wanted a slanging match but in illhealth you can’t be bothered. Extremely rude and uncaring. Will take it up with the surgery .She should be reminded to show compassion & not jump to her own conclusions.
The staff are lovely and very helpful. All the doctors l've seen have taken the time to listen to me and my treatment has been excellent.
My name is Michael Hurst & yesterday morning (27/07/2023) I suffered a blocking of my Esophagus when a usual cup of water & a later portion of Weetabix refused to go down & was expelled.
Being very lucky, I obtained an emergency appointment with Dr Snell @ noon who, recognising my dilemma, unsuccessfully tried to contact the Gastroenterology unit @ the local Frimley Park Hospital A&E by telephone.
Determining the quickest way to get medical assistance she compiled a letter containing my medical history & the valid reason for this style of communication & sent me to the A&E department.
By 3pm I was being assessed & booked in for an Endoscopy.
During the next few hours I was interviewed by a Consultant & the Anaesthetist & @ midnight I was wheeled into the Operating Theatre & awoke @ 2.30am in the Recovery suite(!) completely unaware that a medical investigation had been carried out as apart from a mild headache I felt relaxed & truly amazed that so much had been done by so many helpful people, not least by Dr Snell, whose quick & effective paper communication created this whole gamut of events culminating with both physical & mental relief for myself & my wife.
We are extremely lucky to have a professional medical Doctor in Jane Snell as our local medical practitioner, just-in-case.....

I am delighted to write this glowing 5-star review for Dr. S. Zaman, who has consistently demonstrated exceptional efficiency and dedication in her patient care and consultations. From the very start, it was evident that she genuinely cares about her patients' well-being and takes the time to understand the root causes of their symptoms, rather than merely treating the surface issues. This patient-centric approach sets her apart as a truly outstanding medical professional.

Dr. Zaman's ability to identify and address the underlying causes of medical ailments is truly commendable. As a patient, I have always felt heard and respected during my interactions with her. She possesses a remarkable ability to put patients at ease and create a supportive environment, which further enhances the overall experience.

Her expertise and commitment to her profession are truly creditworthy. I can confidently say that Dr. Zaman is an exemplary healthcare provider, and I feel fortunate to have received her care. She has left an indelible impression on me as both a patient and an observer.

I extend my heartfelt wishes for Dr. Zaman's continuous health and happiness. Her compassionate and efficient approach is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the medical field, and I have no doubt that she will continue to excel in her career, benefiting countless others who seek relief from their medical ailments.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. S. Zaman to anyone in need of exceptional medical care. Thank you, Dr. Zaman, for your unwavering commitment to your patients' well-being and for leaving a positive impact on those you serve. All the best."

Disgusting service Reception rude, arrogant never helpful. Can never get To see a Doctoreven booked a day of Work but with No success
Very helpful, great service from the receptionist
After suffering from a health scare over the weekend, I was able to contact the surgery and get a telephone consultation that very afternoon. After my conversation with Dr Verma, he asked me to come into the surgery for a face-2-face appointment with his colleagues. This was done on the same day and they ran some checks and made some follow up appointments for me. I found the service from the team to be quick and very reassuring. After the stress of being unwell, they were extremely helpful and informative about the next steps.

I can't believe I actually have a functioning GP

For perspective I have a selection of things wrong with me and while none are particularly serious, they can all play into each other and makes things worse.

This GP has always taken me seriously and listened to my concerns, which is always a worry especially where I'm quite young.

Most importantly for me though, I'm trans and I was very worried about going to my GP for a referral, but they handled it very professionally and sent off a referral to a GIC in no time at all with no need for pressure on my end, which seems to be quite uncommon.

I also have gone for mental health assessments for learning disabilities which have once again been taken seriously and not just brushed off.

Also, with the GP alliance I'm able to get blood tests same day!! I've also managed to get acute antibiotics same day when I've needed them which was practically impossible at my old GP, and my regular medications get approved in a day or less every time.

I feel like they're the one last good GP out there, I appreciate all the staff working there and I hope to never leave their catchment area!
A large thank you to all staff at Harborough Fields Surgery.I had felt unwell over the weekend and phoned up on 8am hotline.after 10 mins spoke to the receptionist ( who was excellent) and I had an appointment booked for 9-10. Saw doctor and she arranged for me to go to A&E at Kettering.I’m now in bed in the cardiac unit awaiting heart surgery. So a very special thank you to all concerned.
I can't begin to tell you about this practice it is an absolute shambles I would need a couple of hours to get through what is wrong I've had enough of their incompetence & doing everything on line ,I've just changed doctors gone to another practice

This practice doesn't deserve to have a single star.. if you care your health & well being, STAY AWAY & UNREGISTER FROM THIS PRACTICE.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the care my wife received at [Hayes medical centre]. My wife is pregnant and we have been experiencing early pregnancy complications.

We have called the practice multiple times to request an emergency appointment, but the receptionists have been unhelpful, rude & dismissive. They have refused to offer us an appointment under pregnancy care or provide us with any information about when we might be able to see a doctor. We have been on hold for hours at a time, only to be told that there are no appointments available.

After five days of constant trying to get an appointment, we were forced to go to the emergency room. We were seen by a doctor immediately and my wife was immediately referred to Urgent Care unit to get treated. However, we were then sent a message from the GP practice telling us that we should not have gone to the emergency room and that we should have waited for our appointment.

We are very disappointed with the way we have been treated by this practice. We feel that our concerns have not been taken seriously and that we have been put at risk by being denied an appointment for a pregnant patient.

This kept happening to us constantly & amount of mental stress & torture this GP practice has given is unspeakable.

Instead of building confidence in their patients, especially first-time pregnant women, this practice demoralizes them as if their lives are worth less than a penny. Pregnancy is not a priority for them, regardless of the severity of the situation. However, they become upset if you go to A&E.

Do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY from them.
Thank you Mehar and Mrs Nupur Shah (Pharmacist) for always being helpful & going out of the way to solve all my queries.

Nupur always comes up with best solutions for my medical issues. She is very caring and indeed puts great effort to make her Patient comfortable.

Mehar always kindly solves all my quires with appointments and whatever administrative help I may need.

You are always there to help everyone 😊
Currently looking for a new doctors practise as I cannot believe the standard of care at Dudley Park , terrible staff & admin . Patients are being dismissed left right and centre , with absolutely no regard .

Had cystitis on and offer for year. In end sent sample came back severe urine infection. Nothing from doctors. Week later 40 temperature. Ambulance called in hospital a week on intravino
us anti biotic. My husband broke his back on holiday in Scotland. No follow up. Vets would have been better.
Great medical practice. You must allow time in the practice as there are many surgeries and other services on site
I had a scare of a mini stroke and Harborough Surgery have been brilliant getting hospital appointments and keeping me updated. I couldn't fault anyone from the lovely receptionist to the doctors.
My latest phone call experiences are very bad. I try to call in the morning at 8am sharp qas required and the line is always busy , or full.
It doesn’t allow me even to queue in line.
So than whats the purpose for a landline in the centre?

Previous GP consultation were good.
AVOID. Impossible to get an appointment. Ring at 8am and 45 in the Que!! They cut you off as soon as you’re number 1 in the Que! Ring again, only to be told no appointments left and ring next day!
Receptionists are rude. They ask what’s wrong and then decide THEMSELVES it’s not important or urgent and to call next day as “only emergency appts today”. This surgery will kill someone. When you do manage to get a call back it’s rushed and “only one problem per phone call! Absolute joke. Can’t even be seen face to face! Use another surgery. This place is an absolute joke and NEEDS to be shut down immediately before someone is killed from this place. NEGLECT AND RUDE.
Today I called the GP again for the 3rd time and now again I was told to call at 2pm. I mean do these people think that a persons health is a joke? I have an issue with my nose and I’m unable to breath at times and have to survive on a nose spray which is damaging my blood cells. What the hell are we paying so much NI for ? I will be calling them again for the 4th time now and I wouldn’t be surprised if the receptionist says call tomo. Do you guys think I’m free sitting at home? The receptionist is a joke coz she didn’t even want to listen to me. Straight away cut through the conversation n said no appointments today. I said it’s fine n if there was any other appointment for a future date and she kept repeating the same thing. A good receptionist would atleast listen and then let me know what could be done. So very annoyed.

This is the second time I met Becky in the surgery. My conclusion is Becky is impressively helpful, incredibly professional, astonishingly informative and she went the extra mile to assist me. She has such a positive and friendly demeanor. My husband and I wish there are more of Becky around to attend to our needs. She is the shining example for anyone to aspire to. She is a great asset to Ballater Surgery.
I am so much in pain but the practitioner I saw today was very rude didn’t bother to look at my legs and feet so just to get me off their back told me to lose weight gave me no pain killers for my pain and didn’t listern to me properly saying I’m not listening to her. In future looking to change my gp.
I have been with this practice for 34 years. Sadly after the departure of doctors Kordan, Patel and Gabriel this practice has become comically poor. The reception staff act like MRCGPs and the doctors who seem to all be locums denying basic medical care. I wait for ridiculous amounts of time to get through and when I do appointments have gone. The locums cannot help with the excuse that they are not my named doctor. I have now been forced to change my practice and during the change over spend £1000s on private Bupa GPs and private scans. They should be ashamed of themselves.
My family nhave been with them for 15+ years and every time the service has been exceptional. Eberyone is very friendly and helpful.

It's a great team, the doctors are amazing, and all doctors are very good but I remember only Dr Davis.
Waste of time booking an appointment in the morning, I've rang for the past 2 days at 8am ringing them as soon as I get through there is no appointments!! I'm moving to another doctors!!
Incredibly impressed with this practice, receptionists are so helpful and kind, and the doctors approachable and knowledgeable. I was able to get urgent assistance for my little one this morning and within 1h of calling the surgery Dr Bart Tyszka was in touch with me to discuss symptoms- he was kind and helpful, extremely efficient service, thanks so much!
Underrated GP
I've had 5 experiences with them in the past couple months and each time has been good. Calling the GP will take 20-30 mins, and the receptionists are fine and are generally helpful.
I've been able to get a face to face appointment within 3 weeks, and they can slot you in for emergencies.
Dr jenkinson and Dr juttner are great practitioners.

I don't want to do a disservice to the good staff here and I want to stress there are some fantastic people at this surgery.

However unfortunately I can't not mention the poor service I've received from one of the receptionists.

Any time I've attended in person I've been told to remove my mask, saying they couldn't understand what I was saying and that I don't need to bother with masks anymore, in a medical setting? Patients could have been really affected by or be high risk or not want to risk compromising their health with covid and to receive this kind of response to me simply wearing a mask as I walk into the reception area is really not okay, especially in a medical setting.

Often this same receptionist confuses the questions asked and then eventually ends up rude if asked too many times. This response can be very distressing for the person trying to receive help.

I'm saddened by the lack of precautions taken to keep the practice safe from a sars virus. It makes a lot of us not feel safe attending.

I want to stress though that there are some fantastic doctors and receptionists here and understand that people are working under impossible pressure in the current climate. But after enough repeat bad experiences with a few members, and not feeling safe to attend an in person appointment I feel I have to raise it.
The worse surgery in UK. I went in this morning to make an appointment, was told to phone in as lines are not open .I explained that I am deibetic(insulin) ive got a really bad ear ache and sore throat, I've been on liquids since yesterday as I cannot swallow any food .answer was either phone in or go to the chemist and buy some kind of spray. When I said your service is rubbish,Both receptionists started giggling. Complete joke .rubbish service..
The last two prescriptions the surgery have sent to my online pharmacy Lloyds Direct have been wrong. In the first instance the quantity prescribed was half what it should have been and the second prescription had the wrong dosage for the tablets. Not only is this very inconvenient meaning that I have to go to the trouble of going through all the rigmarole to contact the surgery to get the mistakes rectified but worryingly that insufficient attention is being paid to get these details correct in the first place. In my case this isn't such an issue other than the aggravation but for other patients with critical needs these specific details could be vital and to get even the basics wrong is simply not good enough. There needs to be more checks before prescriptions are sent out.
Literally the worst surgery in Bradford id even go for worst surgery in England for 3 weeks straight I’ve not been able to get a appointment with anyone face to face got server pains in my chest and abdominal. Can’t even get throw to them most mornings till 10. When you raise up to them the phone lines are horrible and do not allow you to call for literally most the morning you get told it’s your phone. Seriously if I could get a different doctors I would and if anything happens because if my chest and stomach pains I’m gunna blame them
shame you have to put 1 stare it deserves much less, the GP'S here are awful don't listen to the patient and deny patients the health care they need!
rarely ever get an appointment and if you do the Dr is rude and rushes you. do not waste your time physical health or mental health on this surgery, it needs the mps attention and closing before they kill someone!

This surgery is run by Green Porch Surgery Milton.
It originally opened in 2018 but since Covid has been basically closed.Patients have been tasked with attending Green Porch Surgery if they can get an appointment
Catastrophic approach, people don't make appointments when they are seriously ill, so they don't care. Everything online only, you can do it online without an answer, the GP does not respond, a happy approach at the reception, you call and they do not pick up, she coughs on people's. Very bad system.
worst doctors surgery ever. Impossible to get an appointment and receptionists are very rude and take personal matters in their own hands. They have no manners and should act like receptionists not doctors.

We haven’t been with the surgery long but have been really impressed so far. Reception are quick to answer the phone and give appointments on the same day. We have a young child who has various repeat prescriptions and ongoing health issues and so far we have been really well supported. Very pleased we picked Selly Park Surgery.
Phoned after 9am and had an appointment face to face for 2 hours later. Very pleased with reception and staff and the paramedic we saw was lovely. Never got an appointment that fast before always had to ring at 8am and hope they had some. Something has changed to be able to get in the same day.
We have been with newington surgery for over 30 years so I do know what it was like good times and bad

This is a great practice, me and various family have used it for years, one of the greatest assets is the stability of the GPs, practice nurses and reception staff, it makes such a difference seeing familiar faces who actually know you and go above and beyond to help
most of the time it's closed, cannot pre book an appointment and have to call every morning to see if there is a booking and every day its fully booked. So you will never see your GP.
Sadly it is not possible to leave zero stars out of 5 which would be most accurate. This is the worst GP surgery in Birmingham. The receptionists are by far the worst I have ever come across - rude, apathetic and completely inhuman in their attitude and responses, why choose to work with a constant influx of mentally and physically unhealthy people if you have the emotional capacity of an angry toddler? I think it’s time to shut this place down.
Like everyone else on here I would rate this practice minus 5. The support staff arw an absolute disgrace. The GP's must not be concerned about patient feedback because if they did they would improve their service. Impossible to get an appountment and support staff are rude, inconsiderate and think they are medically qualified. Join this practice and expect zero service.
The worst doctors surgery I have ever dealt with! Very rarely are the phone lines open on time, try calling later in the day and even if you are number 1 in the queue you are waiting for ages and no one picks up. I keep having to book UTS for my daughter as I can never get through to her doctors. Really terrible service just needs to be shut down!

I just moved around the area and my partner and I needed to register with a GP. So we used the NHS webiste to find the GPs around the area where we could register with. We were also recommended to register here so we decided to go forward with it. The lady at the reception rudely refused to register us and told us to go to another GP which has a terrible reputation. There was not reason for this practice to refuse to take us in, as we are within the area and on their website they claim they take anyone in, not sure how true that is...
I don’t know why this GP has a low score on Google. Dr Pawlik is amazing, I called to advise I didn’t feel right, ok it had taken 6 month of my health to decline but in the middle of the covid pandemic, Dr Pawlik listened to me, and she sent me straight for blood tests. She called me at 7pm that same evening to advise I had a serious health condition and require treatment as a matter of urgency. Since then Dr Pawlik has cared for my issues and the surgery is great. The receptionists are kind and caring and although I have needed regular care, have never had an issue with an appointment. I personally prefer a phone appointment because I understand my body and maybe if as humans, we understood a little more about our own health, we could help our health service help us! Thank you HFS, keep up the good work.
I have never had anything but positive experiences at this surgery and have been attending for around 6 years. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, wonderful nurses who have always been very friendly and thorough in their explanations and great doctors. I highly recommend this surgery.
This has been my GP surgery since I was a child. The reception team are an absolute joke! I've been kept on hold for over 45 mins with the same usual rubbish of being told to phone first thing at 8am the following day, despite phoning them at 8am on the day, I was still unable to get an appointment. The reception team are beyond rude and don't even consider giving you the time of day. They also give you false information, stating that they don't do sit and wait appointments.

Sorry to say this is not a doctor's surgery , but a help line for the walk in centre , absolutely dire , frightened to voice an opinion in case staff think they are being abused , good cop out , I know it's not their fault , so let down once again
The whole team here are absolutely fantastic, quite possibly the best surgery I have been a patient at. They are extremely caring and extremely professional. From the receptionist team and administrator team, nurses and doctors have treated me extremely well over the years. I owe them my sincere gratitude
Highly reputed! Honestly, staff are wonderful and emit so much care and passion for their role. From reception to nurses, doctors and everyone in between from my experience on the phone and in person, they have been so polite, warm and patient with me. Considering the amount of pressure/hours they work they're doing amazing and I cannot commend how friendly and helpful they have been. Very much appreciated! Thank you for keeping the surgery clean, being welcoming and attentive to patient concerns! ✨

Appalling attitude from staff. Diabetic T1 patient and disabled. Was passing through village on a bus at approx 4pm this week and felt extremely unwell. Got off bus as knew the NHS surgery on the high street was open and I could go in there for help. (So I thought?!). I thought a GP surgery/NHS was meant to be there for people. Over officious and rude member of staff refused point blank to let me go into the disabled toilet and actually stood in front of it, even though I was about to become ill saying 'no members of the public'. I am an NHS patient and was seeking urgent help. I literally begged her and reiterated I was about to be very ill and again refused, saying she could not let me in there as there was 'no toilet paper'. I had tissues in my bag anyway. I was subsequently very ill on a side street and was kindly helped by the very nice staff from the takeaway who had no problems with me going into their private facility and were only too happy to help someone in need, but i still had to continue my journey on the train covered in the remmants of my illness (which was very bad). When I told my own GP back in Medway, they were absolutely appalled and have shown me how to make a complaint about the attitude shown to me at this surgery. Gobsmacked that this attitude was shown to me and can't believe how cruel people are. No other patients in the surgery at the time and very quiet, so what was the problem with refusing me to use the toilet in an emergency? Hope you have an answer ready as I have lodged a formal complaint with NHS England.

I've been on 3 phones for over an hour, saying I'm next in line, I had to put house phone down after an hour and was still next in line, I've spent an hour and half trying to speak to someone, think it's time to change Drs
Dr Templeton and the staff are great. I've read the other reviews about Dr Tang and it has not been my experience. One persons abrupt is another persons efficient.

Worst GP I've ever had to deal with no one ever answers the phone. Yet you go past there and doesn't look busy in there absolute joke. So poorly ran and waste of time. Be quicker to to go and be come a doctor and see yourself lol.
I cannot rate Dr Tang and his staff highly enough! Fantastic surgery, staff are really lovely and Dr Tang has helped me with numerous health conditions over the past couple of years! I feel like Dr Tang listens to my concerns and I’m happy with all the help I have received. Keep up the good work! ⭐️

How long have you worked for aston healthcare Racheal? hahaha
I had worst experience with Dr Tang because of his irresponsible behavior I was hospitalized for 20 days. I wish I could give zero star. I don't recommend this doctor to any one not even my enemy.

Moved the entire family here recently from Rainham Blue Suite after dealing with 2 years of rude receptionists, non-existent appointments, lost prescriptions and constant stream of disinterested locum doctors.

Lee on reception and Doctor Adigwe are a small kind, attentive and professional practice who, working together with Newington pharmacy over the road, provide a great service to their rural community. They also provide a free in-house physiotherapy service, which is almost unheard outside of private health insurance.

It's great to be able to deal with real human beings again who treat you with respect and care.
what fantastic doctors surgery. I’ve been a patient for about 4 years now. My GP is Dr Snell, and she’s is amazing, very helpful and on the ball. I do have complex medical conditions.

I have been to many Drs surgeries in the past and found I could never get a appointment ie 4 weeks time. Drs don’t have time for you or they can’t be bothered.

But station road surgery is amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have seen other drs at station rd and I have never had a bad experience but Dr snell is my GP and she understands my conditions. The longest I’ve waited for a appointment is 7 days and if it is of an Urgency, then the same day. I only go when it is relevant and NOT for a cold or a spot on my face.

Anyways please take my advise and give them a try. Also you get two hours free parking and there’s a disabled space directly outside. Again all the staff have been great. But DR Snell is the best.

Many thanks Gareth
I don't know what Dr Tang's problem is with people and when was the point that he's lost hope towards humanity and his fellow citizens.
He might be a doctor but as far as it concerns of his manners they are not very professional. He looks at you with a poker face and the way he talks to you feels a bit rude and edgy. This is my personal view. Nothing like some other NHS doctors i've visited before. Feels like he doesn't want to spend a lot of time with you (in his 15mins available slot time) (i might be wrong but that's how i felt the 2-3 times i've visited)
Gives big lectures on private insurances even though he knows that NHS processes take a lot of time, i.e. arranging a physio or any other similar treatments.
Made it very difficult for me to fill in a physio referral for my private insurance. He did not even physically examine me (had my arm in a sling - injured my shoulder badly) not even prescribing painkillers (had issues with sleeping and felt pain when lying on bed) so ended up going to a private GP where i received a proper physical examination (power, range of motion, trying to find out the source of the pain) and wondered why my GP did not agree to the physio treatment.
I had to send out a complain letter to him and when i received the response it felt like someone else was talking to me.
Anyway what to do. These things happen i guess.
I was previously registered to this surgery. The staffs are really good. Even though I am not in their list now as I moved to another place, the receptionist Jane was so patient while talking to me and she was trying her best to help me the best possible way she could.
I reaaly appreciate your help. You are so calm, polite and helpful.
Thank you.
Dr Tang seems only to want to send you back out of his office rather than find out what is wrong. I am much happier with my new GP. Avoid this practice - the doctor will see you quickly but the slots are open for a reason.
I have gone back to edit my review. Dr Tang has read it and sent me a letter in the post asking me to remove my review or leave his practice.

I had already been planning to leave his practice, but life got in the way. I certainly can't go back now that my concerns have been met this way - imagine the care I would receive.

Here is the original review:

I agree with others here. Dr.Tang has refused to take my concerns seriously and has quite a disrespectful manner. He has gone as far as to question the diagnoses made by specialists I have seen in order to invalidate any concern I have. After quite a while with this practice, I have decided to move to another because the quality of care is so low. I have friends who also registered here originally and they have said the same. My recommendation is to avoid it.
I have always found Dr Tang to be professional and very hands on, when I moved GP to Glasgow I was pretty worried about the volume of people here and how I would be treated, but on my first appointment when information was needed from my old practice he called them then and there himself, and has been pretty helpful since. I would recommend him and this practice
It's for some 40 years now that my family have been fortunate to be registered at this surgery. In all that time the doctors, nurses and receptionists have always been pleasant, helpful, efficient. Only yesterday I was reminded of this when as a patient I saw my new GP Dr Rastogi who
is clearly maintaining the very high standard we have experienced to date.
Our thank to you All at Station Road.
