Rang up to try and find a new GP to help deal with some chronic pain/illness concerns I have. The receptionist was rude and cold, laughing and scoffing at the questions I had. She then demanded I pay in full for my first appointment which would be two weeks away. I wouldn’t have minded doing so, however she made me feel so upset and judged I didn’t want to commit to an appointment. I’ve been genuinely struggling and she could care less.
Please teach your reception staff how to be more compassionate and caring towards new patients. Her behaviour was absolutely disgusting.

I've been attending this medical practice for several years and for the last 5 years have been seeing the absolute BEST GP. I even moved 40 mins away from her and continued to travel to see her even up until now! For how amazing she is I would give HER specifically a 5 star review as she goes above and beyond with everything and she knows me better than I know myself when it comes to specific things with my health! Sadly, some reception staff are not so pleasant to deal with (it's not hard to smile and make patients feel welcome no matter what's going on in your personal/work life) while other reception staff are great. It sucks I have to travel to attend the clinic especially if I need to see someone actually on the day I call but at least I can almost always get an on the day appointment with a GP even if it's not my preferred one as they have plenty of GPs in which I've had fairly good experiences with. Overall a decent clinic, I guess there's no such thing as perfect and there's always room for improvement wherever you go.

Disgraceful! Since when does a medical practice care more about covid and the revenue produced by it than the health of its patients???
Of course I have COVID symptoms!!! It’s cause I’m bloody sick!

Incredible doctors, over the years I've seen at least 4 of them and never had a bad appointment. It can be hard to get in but that's the same everywhere at the moment. Reception staff and booking systems could definitely use some improvement though, as others have commented. Still, I've never had a particularly bad experience with reception, and the doctors are definitely worth it.

Really disappointed with an experience I had the other day. I called to ask when the next appointment for a standard consult was, I have been coming here for over 7-8 years. I was told nope there is a 3-4 WEEK wait, I spoke with someone named Deanna, she was very curt and rude. I called back and spoke to someone else 5 mins later asked the same question and got in at 4pm that same day and she was gorgeous and so helpful! Is it standard practice for reception staff to not bother to even try and give someone access to healthcare? Isn’t that your job? Dr’s are amazing, this woman at reception should look into a different career.

A very inconsistent practice. Some of the reception staff are impatient, dismissive and on one instance, after a 23min wait on the phone she began to talk to another receptionist and then hung up. They say that they will follow up or do something but thus far, none have. However, if you are lucky to have your call answered by this one "older" lady, your are in luck as she is amazing and works with you to get an appointment (myself or kids), as well as follows up on referrals and other paperwork. I wish the other staff had the same approach dealing with people. The 3 different doctors that I've seen and our kids main doctor are great. However, unless you want to wait 4 weeks, you won't see the same doctor twice. It it what it is, and I'm sure that they are extremely busy leading to the issues above.

I have always had the most positive experience from doctors, nurses and reception.
I've mostly just seen whichever doctor is available at a time I can go and they are all so lovely, efficient and open.
I have currently started to see Dr Victoria Frostis and she is lovely. I often have my daughter with me and she is amazing at engaging her while talking to me at the same time.
Highly recommend.
