Menai Marketplace Medical Centre

Very poorly services, only caring for the visitation fee.

The receptionist (male) was completely useless & rude. They are always running late. -the dr’s are lazy I wouldn’t waste your time if your actually sick or concerned about something!

The centre is small and most of the time there are only 1 or 2 doctors available. The doctors are nice but the waiting time is too long.

Don't even bother.

One doctor in a whole medical Centre with two receptionists on 11.30am on a Friday. I'm here by myself and it's been 40 minutes and still waiting

Please don't wasting time there. Come there with no one is waiting, Reception lady said I will be next, but that' not true, and wait an hour, all the people come later than me ( 7or 8 people) are been called. Then I ask how long will be wait for, the Reception lady said a doctor name and I will be next patient of her, but the doctor come out after 3 mins, and call a patient who don't have any appointment and just come in about 10 mins. This is not OK for anyone.

We've been going here for years and are quite happy.
