Awful customer service, they really don't care. Unfriendly and unhelpful. Never have prescription meds in. Disgusting service.

Shocking service never again - I booked my Covid Booster appointment for today at 12:55pm - arrived at 12:57pm because I couldn't find parking and by the time I arrived the person responsible for the Covid Vaccines went to lunch and only would be back at 13:30 - I work full time, have a toddler 2 years old and I am pregnant 16 weeks- I needed to arrange my work time for this appointment didn't have lunch and of course I need work around the nursery times too -There is no awareness or even professionalism from these people! Even a call!!! Wasted my time and their customer services skills are shocking. Feeling frustrated and is unbelievable how they are so careless about our lives! For us is not just an appointment is organising all our time around to be there on the time! If you don't intent to offer the service please don't advertise as available because I would love to go for my lunch too rather be somewhere where couldn't provided me the service that I booked it. The person at the counter didn't sort anything! Customer service skills zero!

First class service. The youg lady is very good remembers you and always smiling. Please keep up the great work hazel grove needs you.

A nightmare for prescriptions but good for COVID boosters and blood pressure checks. Unless your on a controlled drug they probably won't have your meds in especially children's antibiotics- same with other wells and they don't bother telling you so make sure you get a hard copy of your prescription and not it sent electronically as you'll ring up for them to say "we dont have it" n if you can't get children's liquid clarithymicin or erythromycin anywhere - one thing I learnt is take a trip to mastercall on pepper rd in hazel grove with your green script tell them you have been to every chemist in Stockport n no one has it and they gave it to me from their stash. So to any parent in that desperate and frustrated situation - do the same n if all else fails take the prescription to a n e at stepping hill and they will give it to you there because there is a major shortage of child's antibiotics but when theres a will there's a way 👌💯

Went for scheduled Booster Covid jab but was met with large queue of walk- in
customers merging with Pharmacy queue as well. Clearly the space they have will not take that number of people and the staff were struggling to sort matters out and keep people happy.The staff are to be applauded for managing to do their job but Well Pharmacy need to learn from it and re-arrange the premises to suit.
No complaints about "jab" though.

I have never had a problem with this pharmacy, one of my meds I need to have the brand name and they always accommodate. The staff are always polite and helpful. A excellent service.

They seem pretty useless for Covid vaccines. When my partner (nurse who ran vax clinics in the past) went for her booster, the girl vaccinating did it almost superficially, and when she tried to talk to someone about how this is definitely not the guideline, they brushed her off. I booked mine there thinking that it was probably just a one off with someone inexperienced back when they were busy, but they cancelled my appointment a couple of days before. I think 2 strikes is enough to book somewhere else...
