Amazing customer service! Thank you so much to Sam and her team for their help with finding the perfect watch for my wife’s 50th Birthday.
Went in and asked for an adjustment for something I hadn't even bought from the shop. They did it on the spot and didn't charge me.
Went in today with my friend as he needs a ring for his wedding.
Was welcomed politely and positively by the supervisor, offered me a nice cold glass of water (had ice inside too) and welcomed us to sit down.
She made is easy and simple for my friend, explained it well with everything how it works, how it happens, the process and no questions left unturned.
Well presented, always with a nice smile and lovely manners.
When my time comes, I will definitely come here.

Went into Beaverbrooks Stockport to get some advice on a diamond solitaire I bought elsewhere and spoke to Dan .. want to say a huge thank you, for he thoroughly checked the stone and reassured me that the diamond was genuine. Lovely customer service 🤗
A very professional jeweller. The team makes you feel very special from the moment you walk in the door. They offer coffee and tea to their guests, and they listen.

Went in today with my wife to purchase a TAG heuer watch for my 50th.
The customer service is another level from anything I’ve ever experienced, Dan was the member of staff who served us he definitely knew his stuff, it was a great experience he made us feel so welcome & nothing was rushed. He explained everything to us & let me try lots of variations on & nothing was pushed or forced onto us.
What a great shop you don’t get this level of service anywhere & there is a lot to be said about shopping online.
Will definitely return to this shop again.

Such a lovely experience today, was taken to a little seating area to view what I liked and offered a drink, all staff were so friendly, they accidentally broke an item I was going to buy, so offered me price match discount for the next item I chose (£5 discount). Would happily shop here again :) xx
