Very poor experience with this realty group. One of the employees tried to request a broker fee even though the owner of the property themself had already paid it (thus trying to double up on the fee sneakily). Moreover, the house was left dirty before we moved in to which a different employee from this realty group said he would help handle it, but never did. Poor experience. Wish I could have signed my lease directly through the property owner themselves.

Yvonne helped me a lot to find an apartment during peak season. She was always available, had a great attitude, and provided insights and advice. When I missed one apartment, she found another one in 2 hours that met my expectations. Thanks to her, I signed a lease on my ideal apartment!

Just recently rented an apartment with BH Realty and I was nothing short of amazed. I've rented many apartments in the city, as it is now my ninth year here, and this has been by far my best experience. My broker was named Morris (highly recommend if you can get him) and he did an incredible job tending to my needs always going above and beyond what I asked for. He was quick with responses and showed true dedication to his job. I was about to close on an apartment with a different broker and company, but Morris' genuine care for my needs made all the difference for my final decision.
