Tower West Apartments

Hi I am an applicant that was selected for a one bedroom apartment last year through the lottery selection. I have sent back my application via mail and have left multiple voicemails to check on the status of my application but no one answers the phone or has returned my call. I am very interested in joining the Tower West Rose Community. If someone can further assist me on how I should proceed it would be helpful because the number provided to me on the paper and the number listed on the website does not work or is just being ignored.

I applied for a 1,2, and 3 bedroom apt back in September 2022. I have yet to hear from anyone. Is there a certain person who can give me an updated status on my application ? Thank you.

When will this building be open? Or when will we get notice of acceptance?

I would like to know about how long is the waiting time period .

Great to see a waiting list for affordable housing, however what are the monthly charges?? I've been on the website, and plan on having my daughter apply for the list, but don't know the monthly charges, can that be posted or can I receive an email pertaining to such information???
