Que gran recuerdo, tuve la fortuna de trabajar como conserje y fue una experiencia única, me tocó trabajar en verano y me tocaron los calores infernales, porque tenía que limpiar las escaleras de contra incendio y son aproximadamente 40 pisos y llegar hasta el sótano. Amo a querida NEW YORK city. Y con gusto regresaría a trabajar.
Constant pot smoking all over the building - in the hallways and the stairwells. We knock on our neighbor’s door since we share a wall and he won’t answer. We tell management and management does not fix the problem even though we have a newborn. To anyone looking at an apartment here - stay far, far away
Pretty good experience. The doormen are nice for the most part. Everything is pretty taken of. Management was responsive. Building maintenance responsiveness could be hit or miss. 1/3 elevators was often out of commission. Noisy if you're facing Columbus. But overall would recommend.
Security is great but you will need protection from one of the porters he threatens and harasses tentants and mangament does nothing and Saturday one of the tentants tried to shoot him right in front of the building great moment. Look elsewhere.
