The Gore Surgery

I phoned the doctors, a very nice person there was very helpful ( which is very unusual) they went above & beyond. Most grateful to them ( a lady). Because of them I now know what is wrong with me ( wish I could remember her name) well done.. This has got to be a first.

This surgery does not exist anymore it is a Cafe please shut this location down.

This surgery offers no help for anyone who works. I have had to buy a ventolin inhaler online because they don't offer an asthma clinic in the afternoon, I maybe able to in a week or so and even then only at 1pm. They hand them out to people with colds but an actual asthmatic has to jump through hoops to prove my lungs are still sh*t. If I have to take a day off to see a doctor rest assured I will be using that day to sign up with another surgery.

Been going to this surgery for 7 years. Very good service always there when I need them as we have a very big family.

Appointment system is awful, waiting far to long to see doctor, most seem they could not careless. To many doctors you only see once or twice then they are gone. They need doctors who stay so they get to know the patients. But no ones cares. Things need to change badly. We need two to three doctors on at anyone time. Nothing will change. That's even if they read what people say, it goes in one ear out the other. I go there because it's a few mins walk.

Terrible service, they seem to think no one has a job. Cannot get an appointment for over 2 wks unless it’s emergency which it isn’t. Receptionist seems to have no idea. Other member of staff behind redeption does not stop waffling about nothing , which creates a long wait. Doctor cannot wait to shove you out the door.

Very convenient for me as it is right on my doorstep. Best practice that I have used so far, can normally get an appointment straight away. Only downside is that they keep moving the doctor's on to other practices.
