I have lived at Leonard Pointe for almost six months now and couldn't be happier with the building. Between the location, amenities, space, etc., you will not find a better option in Williamsburg.
I would not be doing my due diligence if I didn't acknowledge Domenick, who is such a phenomenal member of concierge team. It's really amazing that he manages to remember all the building's residents and his enthusiasm and energy is so appreciated by me and everyone else who's lucky enough to call Leonard Pointe home.
I look forward to continuing to live here as long as I can given all that it offers and want to thank everyone - Larissa, Domenick, Timothy - for making it such an easy and enjoyable place to call home.

Living at Leonard pointe is like a dream :) it’s in a great location, the building space is gorgeous, and the staff is incredible. I have also met a lot of my neighbors and built a small community. It is extremely dog friendly and the doormen are one of a kind. My dog clementine especially loves getting her daily treats from them after her walks 😊 All of the staff are great but Dom is especially warm and welcoming. He always has a smile on his face and is extremely helpful. Tim is also always positive and upbeat. Clementine and I always stop and chat with Tim before our nightly walks. Overall it is a great place to live and I will hopefully be able to stay here for a long time.
This is the first apartment I’ve ever lived in New York that I truly feel like home, and the people working here are the key reason. They are simply the BEST
How do I even start….Jose is so on top of everything, efficient and competent. He has this can do attitude towards every requests. There are more than one time my life was saved because of Jose 🥹
Dominick is amazing. He helped me moved my sofa when I first got here and ended with “we got you here, welcome home” so heartwarming
Miguel and Tim are absolute sweetheart. Their standard response to any request is “I got you” and they deliver.
There are other people in the team that I don’t really know the name but always so helpful as well
Honestly I was thinking about moving back to Manhattan but these people really make that decision difficult. I just can’t imagine living without them

We absolutely LOVE living at Leonard Pointe!
We’ve been in a 2 bedroom apartment for the past 1.5 years and have loved every second.
The thing that sets this place apart is undoubtedly the incredible staff. We have felt so welcome from day 1, and are so grateful for everything they do. They have become some of our closest friends in the building. A huge shout out to Shaun, Dom, Jose, Miguel, Tim, George, Joe, Larissa, and Wilson!
If you’re still looking for more reasons to choose Leonard Pointe, the amenities are top notch, location is perfect, and the rooftop can’t be beat.

My wife and I originally expected to stay at Leonard Pointe for a short time, yet we have consistently resigned our lease year after year. I could not be happier with our choice of living space. This luxury building has exceeded all my expectations, and I feel lucky to call it my home. The front desk (Especially Dom, Miguel, and Tim) is truly exceptional, and always friendly, professional, and available to help with any needs. Maintenance and the rest of the staff are also incredible people and great at all they do (Shout out to Jose and Sean!).
The amenities at Leonard Pointe are top-notch and truly impressive. From the fully equipped gym to the stunning rooftop, I feel like I am living in a 5-star hotel. I am especially impressed by the attention to detail and cleanliness of the building, which is a testament to the hard work of the staff.

We’ve been in a 2bed-2bath here since 2020 and are NEVER leaving. Great building amenities — especially the roof in the summer and gym all year round — and the location near mccarren park and greenpoint is very ideal. Tons of great restaurants bars and grocery stores nearby and very accessible with the L and G lines plus the BQE.
The apartments are beautiful (modern and spacious with great views of Manhattan, BK, and Queens) but what really makes this place is the incredible staff: Jose, Dom, Miguel, Tim, George, Shaun, Joe, Larissa, and Wilson. These guys are seriously the best 🫡🤩🥰 So fun, friendly, and always on the ball. We (and our two puppies) love them!

Living at Leonard Pointe was really great. The roof, parking and park nearby made the pandemic in NYC bearable. The staff was always so great (Domenick, Josh, Miguel, Brian) and helpful. I’d highly recommend this building. Our apartment was super comfortable and having a balcony was my favorite. Our view was so nice.
The only negative is when we moved out they slapped us with a 250 cleaning fee which was absolutely unnecessary. The place was clean. It was cleaner than when we moved in.
