Literally pick any company except this one. I lived in one of their buildings, and it was the worst experience of my life. They broke my radiator (and never came back to fix it), and I had a ton of pests (mice and roaches) which was never resolved either. I had an inspector come and they filed THREE Class C violations, and one Class B violation. Even after that, these issues were never resolved, so I said screw it and moved out. All the while was told by the management (Mekkehan and Yinet) to basically shut up and get over it. The super manager (Manny) was also incredibly unresponsive with my requests to fix these issues. This all went on for 6+ months. And once I moved out, I ran into my neighbor who said they were having the same issues as well. Solar is a sorry excuse for a company, and your rent money should never go in their pockets.

This place is a joke. Very unresponsive management and the landlord is lost in the woods. A quick "real estate management" course won't hurt you, buddy. You have a 2-star review because you deserve it.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST I'VE EVER DEALT WITH! Dealt with broker and explained my situation. They assured me I woud be ok to apply for the apartment. I did so. I paid my application fee, got al the documentation together. Tried contcting my broker, and he won't answer my calls! I tried texting him. Won't respond to texts unless I harass him, and that will still take a few days to get a response! Unprofessional, uncaring, and unwilling to communicate. If there was a -5 star rating, I'd pick that! Unimpressd and wish to do no business with these people again! Do so at your own risk!!

Dundar is a true professional. Incredibly receptive to questions and very efficient. Goes above and beyond to meet all your expectations. He is the greatest thing to happen to this company! In fact, any company would be lucky to have him.

Had a very mixed experience with this company. The property manager (Dunder) was very helpful, but I had exceptional difficulty working with the everyone else. Poor organization and customer service.

Exclusively giving this rating for Dundar! The only good thing that this company could offer!
