Wish I could give this place zero starts. I drove down into the garage and was completely ignored at first, until a man that works there told me there was no room, angrily walked away, and began honking at me from someone else’s car. I tried to get the attention of the other man that was working there to complain about how rude the other guy was and to try and explain that I was taking my 3 year old somewhere close by that was about to close because I had been looking for street parking for an hour, and before I could get his attention, the other guy started screaming at me in Spanish calling me “puta”. This literally all happened in under 2 minutes. Such an awful experience.

This was the worst garage I’ve ever been to. They have no regard for the preservation to your car they leave your windows and doors open, and are completely disrespectful

Inexpensive (for NYC) indoor & quick service. It's a no brainer just so you don't have to deal with finding a spot in that area.

Terrible experience and unprofessional attendants ever!!! They left my car key literally 'outside' of windshield, and didn't tell me anything about this until I left the garage. I was really freaked out when I found the key in between bonnet and wiper. Who would have thought the car key is there?! CRAZY.

Most unprofessional place ever. Light was green so we went down for them to start screaming at us to back up. Two cars behind us we couldn’t back up & they had another car coming straight towards us. Were not listening to us when we were trying to explain that we had a reservation. Decided to scream “well it’s cancelled now” without any explanation whatsoever. Horrible business. Extremely rude. Learn how to communicate without screaming and being rude & Learn how to manage a parking garage that’s what you are there for.

Very disrespectful of their customers like they hate you give them any business. I didn't check reviews before reserving a monthly parking there. Felt being bullied there for a whole month. There was one time I notified them 15 mins in advance (they ask you to notify them 30 mins in advance) before picking up the car, they talked to me like I committed a crime. Even though I tried to be nice and went with their rules, they were still very rude to me. I also feel sorry for them having to do a job they hate. Glad that I finally ended my monthly parking there today and moved to elsewhere. Such a relief. I can't take so much pressure and hatred from this garage with what is going on right now in this world. I will definitely get a depression if I park there any longer.

Should’ve read the negative reviews before I parked here. I booked on SpotHero 9:30-6pm, but price showed the same for entering after 4am but before 10am.

I arrived slightly early at 9:22am, they charged me extra $4 for 8 minutes. Total rip off!!!
