Meine Erfahrung am Frankfurt Hahn Flughafen war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Nach der Landung wurden wir draußen gelassen und mussten zu Fuß vom Flugzeug bis zum Eingang gehen. Dies war besonders unangenehm, da wir mit einem kleinen Kind unterwegs waren und es sehr kalt war.
Die Wetterbedingungen und die lange Strecke zum Eingang haben die Situation erschwert. In Zukunft hoffe ich auf Verbesserungen, um den Komfort der Passagiere zu erhöhen, insbesondere für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

A real low cost airport. In the full picture, the airport is ok, but I think even low cost could be a little bit more attractive. So basically run down, a place where you want to take of as soon as possible!

Horrible airport in massive need of investment. Toilets filthy. We were not allowed to go through security until 2 hours before our flight which is a first ever for me.
I travel every week and for sure, this is by far the worst airport in Europe I’ve been in.

Not adequate facilities for so many flights. Very long waiting time for check-in, security, and boarding, even for the few restaurants you have to wait for. Also is dirty and not enough seats. Elderly families are struggling
Can't call this place an airport at all. The security check-in was really fast, they started operating after a few minutes I arrived at the airport and didn't have to wait or anything but the infrastructure of the airport is insane. I think everything is broken and out of date here. Toilets are so dirty and in the middle of the airport there is a pipe leaking, you can simply break your neck. Not nice…..
Ja hier gibt es kurze Wege und günstiges Parken, der Rest ist gruselig! Der wohl depressivste Flughafen Deutschlands. Unser Flug hatte über eine Stunde Verspätung, keine Anzeige, keine Durchsage, nix! Beim Bäcker wurde uns zunächst ein Sitzplatz verwehrt weil die Dame in 20min (!) Feierabend machen möchte.
Worst airport I’ve ever been
1. there is no organization
2. water drips from the ceiling
3. The seats are not enough for the people waiting at the only 4 gates, so people have to sit on the floor.
5. it took me forever to queue at the security check. If you travel from this airport, get there well in advance …
6. There are no power outlets to charge your phone while waiting
7. There is no shuttle service to the flight door, so you have to walk (5 minutes) and then wait (another 5 minutes) in the cold to board the plane, while a loud engines of other planes’ engines are running next to you.
