Please do not consider joining this surgery as it is not only a complete waste of time but also a disgrace to our community.

Illiterate Receptionist:
The receptionist demonstrated a lack of basic literacy skills during my visit.

Lack of Customer Service:
The overall customer service provided at the surgery was severely lacking.

Forcing to Call Back:
I was repeatedly forced to call back, rather than receiving assistance during my initial call.

Lack of Respect:
There was a noticeable absence of respect in the receptionist's tone and behavior.

Need for Training:
The receptionist urgently needs training on how to respect and communicate with people effectively.

Inflexible Appointment Policy:
The inability to book appointments a day before is inconvenient and impractical for patients.

Disastrous Experience:
My experience at the surgery was nothing short of a disaster.

Suggestion for Improvement:
If doctors are unavailable, consider allowing appointments to be booked a day in advance to accommodate patients' needs.

Considering Leaving the Surgery:
Due to my recent experience, I am seriously considering finding an alternative healthcare provider.

Disgusting patient care there is no care whatsoever at this medical center and it is getting worse. How many times do they want me to ring and go around circles. This has played havoc with my mental health constantly going over and over with my one simple issue. I've tried getting a referral to an eye specialist for a long time now and they have been messing me about non-stop and eventually going down the route of sending me referral letters in foreign languages which I don't understand to wind me up even more. I rang again this week and they said I need to make an appointment which is not what I need or want it is a referral letter but now I have given up I have asked them to take me off there patient database and I will be
joining another GP as I can't take this anymore thank you for messing with my head it is really appreciated I hope you guys as supposed professionals can go to bed with a clear conscience and your nice lovely salary.

Disgusting I will be changing my GP sick of all the incompetence and unhelpful staff that's the doctors and receptionists. Awful patient service lack of care, empathy and respect.

It's been many times when I've asked for an appointment face to face for my child and been told they don't have any or will call me back but never returned the calls.
Unfortunately they don't give a ... about the patient.
1 hours at 8 in the morning I've waited in the phone to just tell me we don't have any appointment.
If I could give 0 rating will do it.

I rang to get some X-ray results. Receptionist that booked my appointment was absolutely unprofessional.
I rang on a Wednesday to get my results she told me that they came up as abnormal, funnily she couldn’t elaborate on this because she’s not ‘clinically trained’. This absolutely panicked me and made me extremely anxious, all sorts of thoughts going through my head. Reception staff shouldn’t be allowed to give results if not clinically trained. Then she told me not to ring the following day as ‘coz’ there’s only one doctor I won’t get an appointment. Clearly in need of some telephone manners. I rang the following day to get an appointment same receptionist answered and I got an appointment, to be told by the doctor that the results were satisfactory. I’m not happy with the service received by this particular receptionist

The worse service I have ever seen by Elaine she hates the job or she just racist she doesn't speak and treat the asain community good the way she speaks is absolutely disgusting I do not recommend anyone join dr Azam surgery on horton Park Avenue

Receptionist Elaine and Rose or whatever her name is are both so disgustingly rude asif they hate thier jobs Elaine has no manner of talking to the public she hates this job n should retire and go to a damn care home if she hates her life so much. She's clearly and unhappy sad person to hate the public and shouldn't. Be working with the public or either she is a racist and doesn't like the Asian community so many patients have mentioned how rude she is. Everytime I call I talk to her In the same manner she talks to me n doesn't like it when it happens to her. Sad old lady needs leave instead of making patients lives more miserable. Will be making official complaint
