They keep one sad depressed elephant chained up next to the road, please don’t support animal abuse

This place is incredible, all the elephants seem so happy and well treated, a truly wonderful experience.
Minty and the crew were all perfect and really made the day special. Would 100% recommend, well worth the money

Very easy to get to and you're able to get up close to the elephants & hand feed them. Can get heaps of photos. Also get in the water with elephant and brush scrub them & feed. They truly are magnificent animals. Very friendly. The staff can't do enough for you. The elephants all look very healthy and well cared for & fed. Only criticism is the pool that your in the water with the elephant is pretty rank! Be much better if it was a flowing water of some kind. Excellent work by the management with these elephants. Definitely recommend.

Only one last elephant is here. Her name is Noi, you can feed her for 100 thb )

We wanted to visit the elephant sanctuary as showed on google maps and ended up here. As we saw the one remaining elephant in a chain standing there we did not go in. I'm not sure what this is supposed to be but I fear that for money you get whatever you want, including riding.

So vile to see elephants treated this way. You can see an elephant chained up by going past the main road next to it. It was so distressed when I saw it swaying about trying to move to get some food. Paying 100 baht to support something so cruel is disgusting.

Nobody come visit this place and stop this awful treatment of these amazing animals.

We booked a elephant bath there as it was very close to our hotel. The experience was very private (it was only 2 of us bathing a big elephant), and quite cheap, but seems like the elephants are not very happy there, they look quite miserable, not sure if they are treated well.
