Edoya Sushi Noodle Bar

This is a mid level quality sushi take away. With a few tables for an eat in option. The atmosphere is a good attempt at pulling off a traditional Japanese sushi restaurant, with some displays of Japanese text and Japanese accessories. The biggest fail is the fact that it is not Japanese staffed or owned. The food can vary in quality depending on who is in the kitchen or making the sushi rolls. I usually have a good experience with the food, but have been disappointed more than once.

Fabulous local spot. Sushi is always fresh and hot food is delicious! Great service and everyone is very friendly. We love it!

This is a takeaway joint for sure but the problem is the pricing is too high for food quality that is lower than what you can get at most malls nearby. The pricing could be slightly lower or they could have end of day "happy hour" specials or something. Some of the rolls and sushi have too much rice and they don't have a lot of variety of rolls.

It's sad but they're literally the only game in town so they can call their shot. I think there's better options in Chatswood and it's worth the drive. Still, for a quick stop by it's nice to have a Sushi place locally but that isn't saying much. Giving this a 3 because it isn't terrible but it's definitely not worth more than 3.

The waitress very nice and friendly .. but the owner very rude , food avarage nothing special just no chooice around there difficurt found japanese food

Been there a few times and tried a few different things, but always as a last resort with no alternatives close by. Food is average overall, and I'm afraid to say that sushi is really not very good at all.

This is our regular sushi place - best one we’ve found in the Forest area. Sushi is fresh and the hot food is delicious. Love that they have black rice sushi as an option too. Service is always friendly.
