Had 2 bulgogi bento bowls for takeout. Cashier was very friendly. He even came out of the restaurant to inform me that the food might take a bit longer. Food was excellent.

Order Bibimbap From Uber eats and didn’t get any gochujang chilli paste so I suppose I need to eat just steamed rice with some veggies. Also have special instructions to add ingredients but didn’t get any. Bibimbap itself doesn’t taste like bibimbap looks like some veggies and rice, no exact ingredients. Plus order kimchi as share option paying double the amount but got only one.

A cosy and relaxed eatery with friendly staff. I had a classic friend chicken bento - tasted good, generous portion.

Izume Bulgogi and kimchi jjigae are highly recommended. The bulgogi bibimbap was delicious, and the soft tofu stew was also delicious, but the kimchi jjigae and black meat were really good. I ate so fast I forgot to take a picture.

The friend chicken was burnt. I tried my best but now I have a few cuts in my gums. It’s just not worth buying burnt chicken. I was unsure if it was even chicken because the flavour was bad. I said no peanuts or pork but they still put a burnt pork gyoza into the bento bowl. Maybe avoid this place during the lunch rush they clearly don’t have enough staff to complete their orders and overworked the chefs who have made mistakes m.
