Super cool monument!!! It was very fascinating to take the ride to the top and see out from 630 ft in the air. Prices were affordable for the tram ride, although the Cafe and gift shop were pretty overpriced. The museum was very fascinating and informative, and a wonderful experience.

Great experience! Great views! Caution: it does swap at the top so don't freak out when it does. I am terrified of heights, but it actually wasn't too bad, just had to shut my eyes on the tram portion. Museum is nice too, expect to spend 30 min there as well

Pretty big park to be right next to the St. Louis downtown. The park was clean, tons of locations to take pictures or relax. The entrance to the arch is up the hill towards the capitol building. You get a great view of the downtown and the river too. You can buy tickets ahead of time or at the entrance. I would take a look online before hand there are different discounts that may be found.

Gateway to the west! Such a beautiful park. Well maintained the grounds felt safe spacious and comfortable. Bring your pet and children it’s a place the family will all enjoy. They have river boat rides dining experiences and of course you can go to the top of the arch but I’m pretty sure no pets are allowed to the top of the arches but call to be sure because I’m just guessing myself. But don’t drive by stop, you won’t regret it. The parking was not a problem. Many options.

While I disagree with its designation as a 'National Park,' there's no denying the arch is an architectural wonder. We really enjoyed the park and the ride to the top was thrilling. My 4 yr old is still talking about what a fun trip it was. Highly recommend.

What a cool experience! Highly recommend making a plan to visit the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. Make sure you buy tickets in advance. The earlier in the day, the better. It gets busy and sells out. The tour to the top was awesome. If you’re claustrophobic, this isn’t for you. The pods are small and fit 5 tiny people. The ride to the top is 4 minutes long, back down is 3 minutes and they give you about 10 minutes at the top. The views are insane. You can see the Mississippi River on one side, and Downtown STL on the West. You can even see Busch Stadium! The grounds aren’t huge but give yourself time to go through the self guided tour. You’ll also want to walk around the outside. Lots of photo opportunities as well! All in all, very cool place! Definitely check it out!

It was such a cool experience to see in person. It's a lot bigger than I expected. We went there early in the morning, and there was no one around, so we got a lot of time for pictures and just enjoying the arch. By the time we did the sightseeing outside and went up into the arch, we were done by 1130 or so, and it got busy quickly. Would recommend if you are able and around the area.
