Manhattan Park

I moved in to Manhattan park about 3 years ago. The apartment buildings are nice, clean and all the amenities are great. The people that work here are extremely nice and helpful. When I came to look at apartments Elizabeth Pearson helped me look at places and was great at finding the exact apartment that fit all my needs. Roosevelt island is a great place to live there are plenty of places to eat and grocery shop. Also the island is extremely save. I highly recommend Manhattan park!

We loved living at Manhattan park. The leasing office staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rent and Danielle helped us coordinate moving in and moving out. Our doorman and maintenance guys became our friends. The apartments are spacious, updated and clean. Most apartments here seem to bring in good light too. If we ever had a problem, maintenance was there within 24hrs. Each building has a gym which usually isn’t crowded. Manhattan park even partners with organizations to host fun holiday events like for Halloween and Christmas. If you’re on the fence about moving here, do it. The red bus takes you to and from the station with ease!

Love living here! The facilities are beautiful and well-maintained, and you can't beat the tranquility of Roosevelt Island, with windows overlooking the East River. The building staff (doormen, maintenance, leasing office etc) are responsive and helpful. Great location- across the street from grocery store, post office and bus stop. Buildings have elevators, common space (inside and outside- and rooftop space for BBQ), gym. There is a pool but it is an extra membership fee. Recommend Manhattan Park !

We have lived in almost every rental building of Roosevelt Island in the past 14 years and definitively Manhattan Park is, by far, the best. We absolute love here. Recommended 10/10. Remy from the leasing office was very helpful in finding us the best apartment that would fit our family needs. Danielle Higgins, Director of the Leasing Office was very supportive and committed to give us the best lease renewal deal. Doormen are very kind and always willing to help. Maintenance staff responds promptly for any repair requests. Amenities offered are amazing like the pool, gym and fitness classes. The Manhattan Park pool is a truly gem. Imagine spending the summer in the city without the feeling of being in the city. Our kids love to enjoy the summer this way with their friends. I can’t recommend Manhattan Park enough!

I can honestly say that the entire staff, management, doormen, and leasing office is wonderful. from the moment we moved in, it was friendly, helpful and nothing but lovely. We especially love Liz in he management office - she has been so helpful and kind to us. We love the staff and buildings at Manhattan park so much we even got my mother to move in in one of the buildings near us!
10/10 would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a high value, high quality residential buildings. The area is so quiet, clean and definitely a treasure in NYC.

We live in 40 and have to admit that Manhattan Park is one of NYC's best kept secret. The building and location is perfect for those looking for a peaceful and safe community, while still being close to the city. If you need to commute to work, you're in luck as the travel time is minutes. If you work from home, you're even luckier to never to leave paradise.

The building itself is well maintained and has a variety of amenities to suit everyone's needs. The neighbors are friendly if you make an effort. The concierge staff is world class, approachable and always willing to help. The leasing office is super friendly and helpful in answering any questions no matter when they come up.

I would highly recommend Manhattan Park to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I recently leased an apartment at Manhattan Park and I can't help but rave about how wonderful the process was, from the initial visit, to the lease process, to moving in. Liz, my lease agent and her colleague Remy went out of their way to be helpful in answering my questions and completing the lease process. I have found the building management team to be quite efficient and helpful as well. I had three minor issues that needed to be attended to and they were taken care of on the same day. I had an issue with heating in one of the bedrooms. The building maintenance person was kind to offer me a temporary room heater while he ordered the necessary part. He was prompt in returning to complete the work as soon as he had the parts in hand. The front desk people are also quite accommodating and friendly. The day I moved in the concierge offered me the use of his laundry card while I waited to get my own. The residents are very friendly and dispel the myth of the "rude New Yorker." Just this morning someone I shared an elevator with offered me a free bagel! Oh yeah, forgot . . . the city views are spectacular! I'm glad I live in Manhattan Park.
