Independence Hall was a insightful exploration into America's past.

The iconic Assembly Room, where the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution were debated and adopted, was a powerful sight. The original furniture and layout transported me back to the pivotal moments that shaped our nation. The hushed reverence in the room was palpable.

Seeing the inkstand used to sign the Declaration of Independence and the chair George Washington occupied added a tangible connection to the founding fathers.

The exterior of Independence Hall is equally impressive, and the Liberty Bell Center nearby is a must-visit. While I missed a guided tour, the freedom to explore independently allowed me to absorb the atmosphere and reflect on the weight of the history contained within this iconic landmark.

Must visit for history buffs and those visiting Philadelphia.

It was a dollar to go on for the 20 minute tour . They did a wonderful job preserving everything. Staff was nice and very informative. Would love to go back and learn more. GEORGE WASHINGTON actually sat in the chair

Absolute must see to learn about the history of the country and appreciate what the early Americans went through. You have to make a reservation online and it does fill up so try to do it in advance. The tour lasts about 25 minutes but depends on who you get for a tour guide. Our tour guide was amazing and his voice carried and demonstrated his true passion about the place. It's truly amazing to think about what discussions occurred here and we are lucky to be able to see the building.

A must see while visiting Philadelphia as Independence Hall is the birthplace of America! Both the Declaration of Independence and U.S. Constitution were debated and signed inside. I booked tickets online a few days before, as this isn’t the busy season, but book as soon as you know you’re visiting! The tour guide was wonderful and the whole experience was very inspiring.

Awesome to see the history! For the tours you are supposed to book tickets online for $1. When we showed up, they were pretty lax about everything and didn’t really check our tickets but I think it’s because we went on a Thursday afternoon. Tour guides were great!

Also, there aren’t any bathrooms around Independence Hall only at the visitor Center.

The guide was very knowledgeable and made the entire tour very enjoyable. The incredible history that is in that building, and the building itself is nothing short of amazing. If you have not gone by there to take it to her, or to check out the facility, I highly recommend it.

Visited this place with my family. This place is a must visit if you like history, Independence Hall is very important historically as it can be considered as the birthplace of America. You can easily walk to the Liberty Bell and the nearby attractions. Just opposite the hall you have the Visitors information centre, pretty informative. You can find parking here, it will cost you around $12 per hour.
