It's motto is friendly, affordable and relaxed, which are all very accurate! Big open space, fresh ocean air.. ths is my favourite gym out of the 30 or so I've ever come across

I love this Gym! Very Clean and brand new facilities.

Affordable, loads of room, all the equipment. An old school vibe, great staff. Has a few classes too if that's your thing. No queue for the racks. No long lock in contracts. 24h. Love it.

Great friendly vibe from staff and customers and new upgrade of equipment is great

Very poorly run and maintained gym
My advice is to look at other options
Edit: You've had a internal block wall that has been about to fall down for over 2 years while knowing that kids run next to it regularly
Your gym doesn't own a vacuum instead use a blower to blow dust around while people are working out
That refit resulted in a halfdone floor and a bunch of scaffold etc. taking up half the gym weeks after 'finish'
I could continue honestly but I sincerely think you guys have no intention of improving things

Had a very bad experience there. It definitely needs to improve in many areas. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. But with new trainers with intent to improve it can only get better. Because it needs it. Can see signs already it is improving with fresh skills delivery from new trainers.
Best amount of open space for a gym though.

Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. They go out of their way to help members.
Classes are excellent, convenient location, very local. A great range of equipment, always enough to use.
A Fitness Passport gym as well.
