A great place to take pictures at the entrance with Flinders Street Station in the background.
I highly recommend visiting this beautiful Gothic cathedral.
Souvenirs are also sold at the exit.

Beautiful 19th century Catholic Church across from the Old Federation Square train station. We decided to come inside to take a look. There were about a dozen people either sitting in the pews or walking around.
It's free but donations are accepted by cash or tap.

St Paul's Cathedral, opened in Jan.1891 is an Anglican cathedral in Melbourne. It is the cathedral church of the Diocese of Melbourne and the seat of the Archbishop of Melbourne, who is also the metropolitan archbishop of the Province of Victoria.
A must-visit when in Melbourne. Great tourist spot.

An impressive, breataking buffet of architecture to absorb. Such detail and effort was dedicated into the design and construction of this cathedral. A definite must see for anyone visiting Melbourne.
Very nice architecture and is just in front of flinders station.

Inside was very solemn, you can tour around and souvenir shops also available but always pay respect to those who went there to pray.

We visited the cathedral two times and joined the evening prayer on Friday. It was lovely to listen to the pipe organ and the choir. I and my friend especially enjoyed the gift shop with a lot of catholic accessories and brought back some of them to make necklaces. We are thankful for the staff’s kind assistance.

The building is ancient architecture and wonderful in front of Finder Station. This is a wonderful place to worship. I enjoy the architecture and the peace it brings. The spinning globe on display for a limited time brought modern to the classic scene was an interesting fusion. This one of place should visit and free for everyone including tourists and public.

Located a short walk from Flinders Street station, this cathedral reminded me of the European cathedrals with its grand architecture both outside and inside. It was quite a humbling experience to be inside the church and to admire the design of the place. Deserves a short visit if you're a fan of grand cathedrals. I also love the messages of love they put forth in the church.
