Disappointing Experience for Vegetarians

My recent visit to makani Indian restaurant left me extremely disappointed as a vegetarian. The restaurant claims to offer a diverse menu that caters to different dietary preferences, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite specifically ordering vegetarian dishes, I was served non-vegetarian food, which was a big no for someone who adheres to a vegetarian diet.

Not only was this mix-up unacceptable, but it also displayed a lack of attention to customer requests and a disregard for dietary restrictions. It's essential for any establishment, especially a restaurant, to prioritize accuracy and respect the choices of their patrons. Unfortunately, this was not the case at this restaurant.

The staff's response to the situation was equally disappointing. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and rectifying it promptly, they showed a lack of concern and dismissed the issue. Such an unprofessional attitude only added to the overall frustration and left a lasting negative impression.

As a vegetarian, I rely on restaurants to provide me with a safe and enjoyable dining experience. However, my visit to this restaurant fell short of meeting these expectations. I strongly advise other vegetarian individuals to think twice before considering this restaurant, as it seems they lack the necessary understanding and respect for vegetarian preferences.

Overall, my experience at Makani was disheartening and I cannot recommend it to fellow vegetarians.

Best food at an affordable price in Sharjah. Please try at Makani Restaurant and I am sure you will agree with me. Enjoyed every dish served starting from soup. Everything was prepared freshly and I bet that you will complete in one go whatever you ordered. Which means the taste was that excellent.

Ambience was too good and it’s perfect for family crowd and spacious even for a mini party. Service was excellent, they took care of us from beginning till end.

I definitely will rate 5/5 for food, ambience and service.

I will definitely visit this restaurant again to try more dishes from their menu.

Visited Makani Restaurant in Sharjah and had an amazing royal indian food experience. The interiors is beautiful and the service is really good. The food tasted just amazing and the prices are also budget friendly.

Loved their food and I highly recommend you to try their butter chicken, hyderabadi biryani, nalli nihari and all their starters taste amazing. Do not miss out on their desserts as they are super delicious and rich in flavours.

The food was so delicious 😋 😍 and tasty. Such as mutton Peryani, Balak Baneer, and the best was lemon 🍋 😋 😍 🧀 cheese mourgh tikka. Parking is available, but the location is so ordinary and not so visible. Price is very affordable

Best North Indian Restaurant in Abu Shagara, Excellent services provided by Mr. Lakhan(Manager) and Mr. Vikas,
We tried their signature dish Ran Masala and Tandoori chicken and very satisfied with the quality and quantity.

We have a long relationship with this dining landmark of Sharjah since they were at Sahara Mall. Yes, I can say the same taste, fantastic ambience, and great presentation. One of the finest North Indian joints where you can surely satisfy your taste buds. It is very much recommended 👌

The restaurant is well decorated inside and clean. The hyderabad Biryani was the best ive had. The mix grill was ok but could be better. The mango lassi excellent the pina collada was too thick and overly sweet. The paneer and chaat one of the best ive had. The noodles spot on.
The service was good and the bell on the table a nice touch. I also liked the curtains for privacy i will be back again as the menu was huge on choice
