I have maintained a virtual office at AdvantEdge since 2003, and they have NEVER let me down. Their meeting spaces and training areas are state of the art. I am always proud to schedule meetings with clients there. Also, the Chevy Chase location is immediately adjacent to DC Metro and an Embassy Suites hotel. Reasonable fees and professional service = unbeatable combination!
I leased office space waterside in Georgetown for my law firm for over 30 years. My landlords were a litany of large national, international, and regional firms. They typically were greedy and inflexible. You could be a model tenant for 20 years and they would readily terminate your lease if they could add your space to a larger plan. Advantage Edge now meets my current needs with a personal touch. It’s staff have uniformly been efficient, responsive, flexible, and pleasant to deal with. Do yourself a favor and give this local firm an opportunity to meet your flexible space and mail service needs.
I've rented physical and virtual space from AdvantEdge since 2002. It's Class A space, clean, bright, modern and professional. Additionally, the management and support staff is first rate. They are responsive, helpful and anticipate clients' needs. It's been a pleasure leasing from them. They make my job easier and allow me to focus on my practice.
I have been working at an AdvantEdge workspace for almost 4 years now and I could not be happier. The Chevy Chase location where I work is excellent, with direct access to the Friendship Heights metro station on the Red Line from the building, multiple bus lines nearby, and ample building parking. The facilities are modern, very clean and very well maintained. The entire team has always been extremely effective, attentive and wonderful at providing what’s needed for a professional space. Now in these unprecedented times they are being extremely responsive and proactive in identifying solutions to keep us all safe. I’ve long appreciated their flexibility in working with my company and knowing that the many options and services they provide– from private offices, shared work spaces, meeting spaces and remote services – can fit my company’s needs as they evolve.
I have used AdvantEdge Workspaces in Chevy Chase for the past 10 years. Their offices and conference rooms are modern, well furnished, and equipped with all the technology professionals need. And their staff is highly responsive, efficient, and pleasant to work with. I strongly recommend this group!
I started using AdvantEdge Workspaces in June and could not be happier with my decision. With its two locations, I can use whichever one suits my needs and those of my clients. The entire staff are available at any time to assist me, answer my questions, and meet whatever office needs I may have. I regret not switching my office location to AdvantEdge well before I did. You will not regret for a moment your decision to move your offices, actual or virtual, to one of AdvantEdge’s two locations or to utilize their myriad other arrangements.
A professional experience every time! There are several businesses at AdvantEdge who seem happy to work here. Locations are convenient, the staff are responsive and workstations are plentiful. It's also an ideal setup for special events (i.e. seminars, workshops, speaking engagements). I appreciate that AdvantEdge has always been willing to customize their clients’ business needs. It's rare to use/work/rent from a business center where long-terms contracts aren't a necessity. If you're looking for a professional "grown-up" office suite/center, this should be on your list to check out.
