Julians Soul Food

Ordered online for pick-up. Was charged, but when I went to pick up, restaurant was closed on Sunday afternoon. Looked liked it hadn't been opened for quite some time. Bad business. If shop isn't going to be open, site should be shut down for online orders.

I ordered the Chicken and shrimp Alfredo for myself and a 4 wing platter with Baked macaroni and cheese and greens for my friend who just had a baby. She loved her food very much. I on the other hand didn’t like my Alfredo. It was a bit watery and not seasoned at all. But the service was amazing and once again, she loved her food. I will definitely go back and try something else.

Just happen to find this place. Lookin for shrimp 🍤 & grits. Black owned. Not bad, I forgot to ask for cheesy grits. So I had to put a lil of my own chef expertise on it. Otherwise pretty good. Shrimp were fresh. Lost most of butter gravy in the bottom of bag. Place was clean & staff was very polite with good vibes.

The food was great !! i ordered french toast with strawberries, turkey sausage links, a fried egg, and their home fries. Everything was fresh and hot

I went to this place excited after reading the reviews ready to eat some good food. What did I found in my greens a freaking rubber bands . Now I have 14 months old that loves collard greens and she was eating it but I wanted to chop it up for her since they were a bit thick now look. Smh.

It's no surprise here! This soul food place is owned and operated by people of color, my people and I'm proud to put up a five star review for hard working local Entrepreneur thats a small business! I walked in bc I was referred by a stranger and what a great referral! Anyone that knows me knows that I'm a grits guys for breakfast bc of my amazing grandma who fed it to me every day of our poor lives hahahah even at 37 yo it's still my absolute favorite breakfast item and boy does Julian do it right! The grits is made perfectly and then the shrimp on top! Ha! It's yummmmmm! Come support this local business while u wait for ur bus at the oleny terminal! Definitely a customer for life!

Stopped by one day for lunch. Though it's not to easy to spot from a moving vehicle (in a busy area) the food is great. Seasoned well. Customer service was nice also. Would definitely return.
