The Egyptian House is owned and run by the Landmark Trust, and you can stay in one of the three apartments. I have stayed in many Landmark properties, but I have never stayed in one in a town centre before. This made a nice change, being able to step outside and have everything on your doorstep. There are several pubs, restaurants, cafes, takeaways, shops, hotels and the ocean all within a few minutes walk. You can hear noise from the street in the living room, but it was silent in the bedroom. There was a well equipped kitchen, a warm welcoming living room, comfortable bedrooms and a small bathroom. The place was clean and tidy and a great base to explore Penzance. Good value for money.
Each flat is great, they have either 3 or 4 beds in each of the 3.
Didn't stay there but had to actually see it.

Apparently an old Egyptian decorated (front) of a building. There’s a shop inside although didn’t go in, the outside is quite impressive although nothing to write home about, visit if passing by but don’t go out your way!
Each self contained flat is small, but perfectly formed. No TV, great but small scale kitchen, and two bedrooms. It's run by the Landmark Trust, so you must follow their rules...

I saw the outside of this store yesterday and was immediately interested in going inside.
The tiny store houses a treasure trove of goodies.
I found some amazing amber coloured glass baubles and also some tiny green bottles to decorate my latest creation with.
The staff were so friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to visit.

Four story old house that has 3 small apartments available for holiday let's from Landmark trust. Suitable for small families or couples, steep stairs and access via large front door. Wonderful frontage, great views of the sea, right in town centre. No parking, but large carpark on seaside, down the hill.
