So first of all, there was not much to complain about the quality of the food. The only thing which could be changed is the level of the spiciness which was unbearable in some dishes. Otherwise the food tasted good.

Now let’s talk about the service. I went there twice, don’t ask me why. During my first visit when I asked for chopsticks, they told me in Thailand chopsticks are not used. I’m like uhmmm okay? I mean weird statement for anyone who had been there before. They also state that ordering supplements is alright but then they bring for example 3 chicken pieces for 7 people? And that did not only happen with the chicken but also with the pine apples. The guy serving us kept wandering around us, not really asking us if we had any other wishes, was slow in bringing the drinks but was pissed that we ordered supplements?

So no, will never coming back. It’s way overpriced and the service is one of the worst I have experienced in Zurich.

I gave 5 stars for the atmosphere cause it's super cute and with Thai music and decoration. Now to the service /food: First we waited very long for attention. Then no one told us about it being a all you can eat place (apparently you can always order more) service was cute still. Then the food arrived. I had heard so many comments about it, I couldn't wait to finally try. Sadly no singular dish was special. Pretty boring, taste wise okay... This place is definitely over hyped. I would not go back. Thank you for the cute service and well done with the deco👍🏽

I do not understand why anyone would give a bad Score. Maybe they shall buy expensive flight tickets as well as book hotels in Bangkok, to experience authentic food from Thailand.
We have Swiss quality life, swiss salary, low tax, yet still complaining about how bad this pop-up restaurant is while ignoring their gourmet, friendly service, cute ambiance and social support behind the intention of the pop-up restaurant .

In my opinion, this is for sure not cheap, but totally worth it.!! Try it if you get a chance. However, Service is not that fast indeed.

Only good branding, marketing and story-telling.

As a Thai, I would say this is not a place for you to go for THAI FOOD.

They have good eye and creative to set up the place as Thai street food to get your impression. However, they forget to make authentic Thai food and have Thai service.

The price is very crazy expensive for what I have got. There are plenty real Thai food from Thai chef in Zurich and definitely the price is cheap and worth it.

I won't be going again or recommending it to any of my friends.

• No Thai Chefs, no Thai staffs
• Not authentic both food taste and services
• Overpriced
• Disappointed

Concept is cute & that‘s about it. We liked the whole interior and vibe. However, service was way too slow (but friendly). In asian eateries you get served, eat & leave quickly. Sitting on these stools for 2 hours is way too long. It’s very loud, so not recommended for people who are noise sensitive (or maybe ask for a table outside). Food was slow to come out even though it‘s a set menu & majority of guests make reservations. All that would be okay, if the food was good. Unfortunately it isn‘t. Everything is drenched in fish sauce and too spicy even though we have a high spice tolerance (we are asians and eat spicy food daily). We weren‘t able to taste most of the food because it was overpowered by fish sauce and other spices. All that for 65chf per person - way too pricey, could almost classify as a rip-off.

By far the best thai food you can get in Zürich. All dishes are extremely flavorful and delicious. The place feels quite authentic and you can easily imagine being in Bangkok 😊

Pop-up restaurant that is in a former rope factory during a few weeks each year. It's quite a unique experience and the atmosphere and mood there is fantastic. The food was delicious and seemed very authentic, maybe a little on the hotter side. I definately liked it and it is a good "once-a-year-experience" especially with a few friends. There are a few things to consider before making a reservation though:
- According to the reservation e-mail you will be charged for a full menu if you do not show up. Fine with me but important to know
- The dishes use a lot of cilantro - again only judging a little but important to know if you are a person who hates cilantro
- it is very expensive. Even for Zurich.
