Beware!! BLDG 23 is ONLY LUTHFANSA CARGO. Majority of the broker will lie on the Rate Con and put some other airline name. I checked in at 12:30pm and now it’s 9:35pm and they are still not finished. The worst cargo building in JFK. AVOID AT ALL COST if you respect your time.

Checked in by appointment at 8pm and they called me at 2 am to go inside the warehouse in order to start loading. They waste too much time.

Thank God it’s only one bus to get there. If it’s 2 or more transportation then it would take more than an hour. Only q3 bus goes there from hillside, Jamaica.

Very bad place and people!!!! Never respect never communicate!!!! First time see this kind of service in Lufthansa!!! Regular clerk walk and speak like a general manager 🤣 should be more qualified people in Germany company!!! My last visit!!!! For sure!!!

Ahhh building 23 of JFK Cargo is chaos if you’re a carrier! Crowded lots, the processing of paperwork can be slow at times, the warehouse fork lift drivers often look for monetary encouragement to get the freight out in a timely manner. That is the bill of the experience, however sometimes you get a good crew and things go well but just expect to wait when you go here.
