I can recommend the Sunday Brunch. After I bike tour we went to the City Garden Hotel for a their famous Sunday Brunch. It is worth to go.

This hotel made a very special trip for my young family and I. I was visiting on business and brought my wife and 6 year old with me. We may have been the only people there with children but we felt welcome from the moment of our arrival. Daniela at the front desk greeted us and took extra care to make our stay special for our little one!

The restaurant is an absolute gem especially if you have a gluten allergy as do several of our family. We are also vegetarian and had no issues finding plenty of delicious options at the hotel which was very convenient. Be sure to ask Giovani for local travel tips and sample Willy’s lavender lemonade, it’s to die for 🤤

Great location for station, very helpful staff but very uncomfortable bed ( way too hard) duvet too small and pillows (way too flimsy even when doubled over) so didn't sleep well for 2 nights - exhausted. Nice decor and v helpful staff as I said. Disappointing restaurant / room service options for essentially a business hotel. It's sister hotel is a better experience.

Let me say this is a nice hotel, and great to use the facilities of its sister hotel round the corner, gym, pool etc.

My only real issue with the hotel is the beds are like sleeping on a floor mat, super hard with comfy pillows.

Food is spectacular.

Pretty good business hotel. Clean and contemporary decor, delicious breakfast, nice patio, the room was large and comfortable.

The lounge has coffee, cappuccino and ovomaltine (yes please!) available anytime, which is a nice touch. It's a straight and short walk from the Zug station and the Metalli shopping. They could be better and have staff at the reception on weekends, it's confusing for guests arriving late. Other than that, it's a great place.

I really liked the interior design of this hotel, very beautiful compared to most other boring business hotels. My room was very big, a somewhat strange solution with the bathtub behind a glass wall next to the bed, but it did not bother me.
I did not like that you can only open a very narrow window to get some fresh air. Excellent wifi.
Breakfast buffet is not huge, but high quality and friendly service.
This hotel is pricey and clearly aimed at business guests.
