Nice nice nice. So many options so many food availability, ample sitting place

Guys at self-checkout are super slow, even when it’s not busy. What’s the point of turning my 10 minute shop to 20? Might as well just order online.
Super rude as well. I’m sure it’s not every staff member, but price was displayed as half, yet he wouldn’t change it for me when i go in person and show the tag?

The woolworths has heaps of offers. The staff is helpful, ample parking in westfirld mall. Sometimes it can be difficult to carry the grocery from shop to the car. The staff is helpful, the stock can be good as well. Offers generally are good and on most of the products.

I really enjoy buying my lunch at the deli counter from time to time. The choice and variety is next to none, and the pricing could never be beaten. I have never had an abdominal complaint after eating my Woolworths lunch. Sometimes I overdo things and eat too much, but otherwise I would consider myself a satisfied customer. There are many other advantages to shopping at Woolworths in Parramatta for the store is located in a position near access to the street, that is not too far to walk before you can eat your lunch. The pricing of general products remains the same throughout all the stores during the same week, if you get my drift. Sincerely, Thomas Stevens.

What a disorganised rude dump. Also a bald large staff member scratching his balls in front of me, fruit n vege department, was so grossed out never going back after that. The young aussie woman asking if we are woolies members was great tho full of life and very upbeat and vibrant. Everyone else horrid.

I have been going to Parramatta Woolworths L5 for an extensive number of years now and what I will say is that the customer service at that particular store isn't up to a good professional standard. Perhaps you ought to teach your new staff members the proper way to pack a grocery bag. Have them take notice of the groceries they have on their conveyor belt and acknowledge your customer in a professional manner.

I love and champion Woolies but this Woolies is bad. Very small and not as much stock as my local. Today I asked for cash out at the service counter and the lady denied me and said I needed to purchase stuff. I told her I just came out of self service and I wanted small notes, I didn't want to get cash out of the machine. She made some lame excuse that we can't take out money so I said why is it that other Woolworths can give me money without buying stuff. In the end I got my money and she acted like the fool and said ohh the machine is letting us take out money without purchase...don't lie and don't make it out like I'm an angry customer to your colleague, this staff member is just incompetent. Your employees need training and be uniformed in your policy, don't give out misinformation.
