Bad services .. please keep someone at the station when we leave for the bag checking. Don’t come back of customers in front of all to make them a guilt. That’s your responsibility to keep someone for bag checking….Other services are good but this bag checking one god …

A grocery store where I can find things is always a bonus. Produce is fresh, and there's usually plenty of stock. I'm there on several different days of the week and often find they've run out of eggs. Fix that supply chain issue, and I'll give another star. Checkout is quick and easy, though self-serve staff could be less suspicious of someone returning an item because it didn't fit into their backpack. Pointing out twice that there are cameras on both sides of the machine was unrelated and not helpful, and it did not make the customer feel valued.

PATHETIC Customer Service, I’m beyond frustrated with the consistent terrible service I’ve received from an Indian employee named Lovie, who works at the self-checkout area. EVERY single time I’ve come to this store, she’s been nothing but rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. It's shocking that someone with such a bad attitude is in customer service!

Her tone is always condescending, and she acts like she's doing us a favor by being there. I’m not asking for much, just some basic courtesy and respect, as I am in Customer Service too & have never treated any customer like that. But apparently, Lovie doesn’t understand that. It’s unacceptable, and honestly, it makes me think twice about ever coming back to this store.

If you value your customers, management should seriously reconsider having people like this on staff!

3.9/10 experience, I’m genuinely so disappointed!, I saw one of the workers, short brown and filipino kid, I am as short as him, for reference I am 5’1, he needed a ladder to get to the top shelves, can you believe that, that is insane! Oh and I also saw him steal apples and rice packets please report him to the police, he always checks his hair out on his phone, like we get it your hair is good but not that good, he was always caressing a eggplant like he was stroking it. So weird 0/10.

I had a bag full of groceries from other shops. While checking out, i pressed 'i have a bag' button and the machine popped wait for assistance notification. Then this Indian woman came with a green woolies bag in hand and acted as if I stole some product and kept in my bag. The entire time she was being aggressive and impolite while i was weighing the watermelon. What's this mentality?

I come here often when I have lunch or dinner after work and then any essentials I need for shopping as I don’t live anywhere near here afterwards as I come here the staff are friendly as much as I hate the price bill at the cashier my experience here is always helpful and pleasantly mannered staff keeping their cool after being busy pretty much always whenever I’m there. Thumbs to all great work! And service! Thanks also to Cheryl for the kindness and banter at the vegan section, after it was a little uncomfortable with the meat nearby 🙂

I bought a chicken frames today but it was smelling so bad so that i had to throw it away. Now i am starving. I tried to refund but its a way lengthy process so decided to sleep on empty stomach.
