Regal Garden Grove

I had my doubts about coming to this theater but went ahead, and regretted it. You think that when you go and see a foreign film, the subtitles will be clear..well they were cropped out. Several people went to tell the staff to fix the issue but they couldn't do it. They never even came to the auditorium and gave us any updates or communication. So we left and met with Victoria the "manager" who, with quite a bit of an attitude, reluctantly gave us a refund. It almost seemed like she didn't care about a customer's experience and even raised her voice in frustration at me for not quickly presenting a physical card when I told her the tickets were paid using Google Pay. No apology, no thanks, no goodbye. Is Regal really that broke that they can't hire competent front line employees to take care of their guests? Definitely not coming back to Regal - sticking with my usual Cinemark Orange theater. Don't ever want to deal with another bad movie night experience.

Supporting movie theaters is so important, that said, I have never been one to regularly attend movies in the theater. I am grateful now for the comfortable chairs that recline. They really help avoid stiff knees, making me more inclined to go to the theater. The customer service was tops all were very nice people. I went late this time, and buying my ticket at the concessions counter was not intuitive or a welcome change.

I really like it. It's close to my house and the best thing is that the staff is very friendly.

I got here at noonish today and doors are locked and no one at the front so I can't even buy tickets!!! No signs anywhere and i saw someone inside at the concession stand. They need to be more courteous and not waste our time waiting for someone to help us!

Staff are very polite and helpful. The theater and bathrooms are very clean and if you frequent them more then 2 times a month check out the Regal App for Regal Unlimited (the monthly membership).

Drove to Garden Grove to see a movie during the weekend.
Once inside, I ordered drinks & buckets of Popcorn.
Cashiers, not friendly at all.
When requesting more soda, it was handed to me in a bad way.
Plenty of room and comfortable seats but during the movie, I did notice flies all over ...

Good cinema, sound and picture were great, seats comfy enough but it was cold - movie was 2.5hrs and I just needed to warm up by the end of it.
