I had the pleasure of working for Pan Pacific Properties for 8 years and of the 4 companies I have worked for in my career, Pan Pacific is by far the best, not only to their employees but to the client. They are fair, professional and certainly not let abusive behavior continue if they knew about it, like what was mentioned in a review I just read.
If I had not retired due to health reasons, I would gladly stay with them for many more years. It is something special when the owner of a company knows all of his employees names and Pan Pacific is VERY SPECIAL.

Everything you fear after signing a lease. Very unprofessional, Nancy, the property manager is the most unprofessional property manager i have ever encountered. From verbally attacking tenents to constant accusations. Every tenent has the same issues with her. If you want to live and have any peace of mind and confidence in your landlord, stay far away from parkside/ Pan Pacific Properties. Corporate lets it happen.
This property management are resist and rude on the phone. And very scammers.
