Most importantly thanks to Mr. Ramalingam Rethinam ("Ram") who was assigned to be my property consultant manager post handover stage.
He was professional in his work from day one, as he clarified and simplified the whole process for me and managed the relationship in the utmost best way.
His support and continuous communication with me on all aspect of the property management activities had realy gave me the impression as it was his own property.
