Very nice theater! Lots of seating for a small community theater and they were comfortable. We saw an intimate play with no set and two actors. Probably hottest day of the year and we were nice and cool. So glad this is available for the talented people in Gainesville! We will go again!

The musical Blues in the Night was a stupendous success! I was transported to the old rhythm of a woman's heat, passion and sorrow that was reminiscent of Porgy and Bess or a late night cooling in a shack with some moonshine in the Florida Everglades. This night was MA Rainey, Old Mama Bessie and funky down Billie Holiday. Their voices were rich with pain and pleasure. The crooners took you on a Buggy Ride of laughs, passionate thrills, and vintage charm that felt almost sacred. Thank you for this experience Ms. Rhonda and Ms. Angela. From the stellar blues musicians to the perfect dance sequences, acting and powerhouse vocalists. To me this performance should be neck and neck with the best of Broadway. Just...dazzling!
