Harley Park

Lovely spectacular scenery can be met here. Do come at Pelicans feeding time around 2ish pm on a Sunday

I love watching pelicans and seagulls at this park. Good for picnic, walking and swimming for kids.There is nice seafood shop and cafe.

Plenty of parking , lovely caffe, fish market, play park for kids and public toilets.

We spent most of the day here with our two year old, and we all really enjoyed it.

The water is lovely and warm and great for the little ones as it's very shallow.

The beach has lovely white sand and there's plenty of room to set up a beach tent and sun beds.

Flocks of pelecans fly in during the afternoon, hoping for some fish from the market. You can watch them hunt for fish in the shallow waters as there is plenty for them catch. They are very friendly

The only con is there are hundreds of seagulls that could be annoying for some , aslong as you dont feed them, you will be okay. Throw a crum on the floor, and you will be bombarded by an army of hungry seagulls.
(We visited on a Monday, and I imagine the weekends could get busy)

I watch the Sunrise from here most Sundays. It's usually trashed at that time and there are more than a few crackers and homeless about, the council lads sort it though.
It's a nice spot, wait till after six if you're fragile.

Nice beach front, good for walking. It's nice to have a morning jog here as well.

Lovely spot for families. Calm water, lots of sand, toilets, enclosed playground, cafe etc. Pelican feeding daily at 1:30pm.

Beautiful views and it has a kids playground,plenty of car park spots.It has a near by seafood shop with plenty of different variety of seafoods to choose and for sale and you can even order a fish and chips or cook seafood if you want.A good place to visit with loved ones or to do a long walk or exercise ❤️
