Refused service as I was in there getting drinks for myself and friends with my 2 sons wouldn't believe me that they don't drink I also have a stuffed knee and they where carry it for me not happy

Useless people. Called ahead to make sure they have a product in stock, was told 14 available, took me 25min to get there, just to find out it wasn't the case. No attempt to provide a solution, other than a sorry, oh the people from the bar must have taken them. Please take responsibility for situations like this and employ hospitable people who want to be there, rather than some old lady who is running down her timesheet on Public Holiday rates. Pathetic.

I was standing at that bar for quite some time before someone even came directly to me. I nearly said stuff it I'm leaving. 1 more minute and i probably would have.

I went here on Friday night 02/07/21 at about 2330 and was helped by a lovely lady (30 something, tattoos), she went above and beyond to assist me. She is a credit to her employer.

Great range of both wines and spirits , however very expensive , sometimes 25% more than Liquorland just a couple of km further up the road heading towards Southport.

Liam is the best employee every, we have come from all the way from Sydney and he was so helpful! Champion
