The lady who assisted me had an attitude the whole time but I needed to buy a gift so I ignored it. After getting back to my country and when the gift was opened the lady had packed the wrong fragrance even though I showed her exactly which one I wanted she charged me for that one but had packed a cheaper one also one that I did not want. This is a joke and I’ve tried contacting the outlet but no response!

购物体验太差，歧视中国乘客。尤其是员工号叫8271的菲律宾人Jennifer，她说自己是主管。但是整个服务过程全程long face. 好像欠她钱一样，估计她觉得中国人都欠她的💰，好几个小伙伴体验感都很柴.正在找Chanel的投诉邮箱，有知道的小伙伴告知一下。我是进去买东西的不是进去偷东西的。这种态度不能惯着一定得投诉……
