For more than 1 year Ananda helped me with my fitness and nutrition through highly personalized and hardworking sessions! She noticed things during our sessions I never realized before, such as old injuries and ways to prevent new ones with the right techniques and exercises. She kept close track of my improvement and also motivated me to be mindful and consistent with my goals. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personalized, FUN and well-informed fitness experience!

I warmly recommend Ananda as a personal trainer. I found her 12 weeks program very valuable for different reasons. Not only she helped me to reach my goals (get fitter, loose a few kilos, build a realistic training routine) but she also helped me to find my limits when exercising. I went to see Ananda because I was frustrated as I wasn't getting much results from my trainings and even ended up getting blessures. Thanks to Ananda, I now feel much beter when I can push myself more, when to stop and how to adopt the right position. This insight is very helpful and I now get much more results and pleasure from my trainings. Ananda is a very empathic person, who visibly enjoys her work and, in my view, can truly help you to get what you need/want.

Ananda is an incredibly positive role model and mentor. I found the experience of working with her so positive and fulfilling and it also challenged me in ways I had never experienced before. I loved tuning into my body and feeling stronger and fitter throughout the process. I feel a lot better about myself overall. She has the magic formula for any woman who wants to approach their health and fitness in a kind and caring way.

I have struggled with my weight all my life and especially since the birth of my daughter, so to have someone who was so willing to meet me where I am and tailor the program for my specific circumstances was exactly what I needed. Her wonderfully equipped private studio is a very safe space and an escape from day to day life. It was somewhere just for me.

Ananda is extremely approachable, empathic, understanding and compassionate. She listened and adapted my plan with me along the way and what happened was really transformative. My reasons for starting were purely about weight loss but what I realized along the way is that it’s about so much more for me now. I am more confident physically and mentally. I have less aches and pains and my overall fitness is hugely improved. I feel better equipped to pre-empt and handle challenging food situations. I have accepted that there is no quick fix and that investing in myself is a worthwhile and ongoing process.

More important than any weight lost, is the knowledge I gained about myself and about the journey I am still on. I’m not starting from scratch anymore but from a place of knowledge and experience. I feel like I have more tools at my disposal now and for the first time in my life, I have an understanding of nutrition and food, which is something that I wanted so that I could set a good example for my family.

I am very grateful for the experience Ananda and I am so glad I invested in myself with you. I look forward to returning for another stint in the not too distant future.

Working with Ananda has simply been excellent from start to finish. I feel I have learned a lot about myself, nutrition and how my muscle work together. Ananda has helped me through honest and sincere feedback to get the best out of working out together. Thank you Ananda, now I'm taking this whole lot of knowledge with me, and I surely will get back to train with you once I feel stuck again! :)

I had never liked to exercise. In fact, I had never entered a gym in my life. I have decided to reach out for help after feeling unhappy with my body, my energy levels and the number I saw on the scale.
Ananda is helping me with a bunch of things. From nutrition and the actual exercises, to how to manage stress and anxiety at work.
Ananda is extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. In addition, she is a great listener, always available to answer all my questions and doubts.
After training with Ananda for 3 months, I can now say that I have not only achieved my weight goal, but I have completly changed my lifestyle. And, to my surprise, I actually enjoy training and I'm now exploring new activities!

I work out at the same Gym where Ananda works as a personal trainer, and though I don’t have a personal trainer myself, I’m blown away by the changes I see in her clients. It’s incredible. Week by week, not only do I watch people become trimmer, healthier and stronger, but almost more importantly, I see people becoming more confident, walk taller and really step into who they are. As a teacher myself I know what it means to walk with people, truly care and encourage growth, both internally and externally, and that’s what I love about watching her training sessions. Over several months I have had the pleasure of getting to know Ananda and several of her clients, and watching her passion and positivity turn into theirs is infectious. It ends up making my work outs more productive.

If you’re looking for a trainer who wants to invest in you, your progress, your health, your fitness and your life, Ananda is the trainer for you. She doesn’t just tell you what to life and how many times. She talks with you. Walks with you. She gets to know you, what you need, what you want. Best investment I ever made! I never thought that I'd actually really enjoy working out until I started with Ananda! It's been a great and fun experience so far to be motivated by her. She knows my limits much better than me and also knows when to push me when I need to be ;-) By training with her I didn't only get my energy back, but I also changed my lifestyle for the better! Besides training, she also gives me other health advice that help me improve my focus at work and feel good being more active in my daily life. If you're still wondering, just give it a try and I know you will love the experience!
