Good easy walk by lots of water. Lots of people fishing and boating in general. Access to the prairies is a but overgrown and easy to get ticks. Spray yourself with tick protector and wear long sleeves and long pants if you into the prairies.

Multiple lakes, three hiking trails, boat launch and outhouse. Hike around the main lake is mostly flat, and has a nice wide trail. The other two are slightly more intense, trail is thin in some areas, with more hills. Park is close to the highway, which can be heard from most of the park. There is an outhouse. Fishing is permitted. The park is dog friendly.

this is my first time to this park. Very much enjoyed it. We walked all three trails at this park. Saw a lot of fish activity, couple of deer, water fowl, and lots of birds. The oval trail that loops around the body of water that is cornered between interstate 71 and the outlet malls has a very steep slope on the trail that borders along the edge of the outlet property, be careful walking along this part of the trail.

This is a short trail that circles the lake with an optional trail into the woods. The trails are easy, providing more of a casual walk rather than a hike. Perfect for just getting out. There is a boat launch ramp providing easy access to the lake. There are also plenty of spots along the lake to set up and enjoy fishing.

Nice little gem. Went along the primitive path. Walked a bit along the lake. Nice scenery, easy walk, and plenty of sticks in the woods for my kids to hit each other with.

This is my favorite park to go to when I want to dump my kayak in the water for a quick paddle. Bonus: you can swim in the crystal clear waters of this former sand mine! There are about 2 miles of nicely maintained walking trails too.

Absolutely beautiful spent the afternoon fishing with our kids, however there is not too many open areas to fish. It would be perfect for someone fishing alone or with maybe 2 people.
