My favourite kebab, when I’m starving and want to treat myself it’s always here
This place tried to overcharge my husband by putting in a much higher number into the EFTPOS machine than what he had ordered when all he wanted was to buy a kebab for the road after drinking. When my husband raised the issue, they yelled at him and made up an excuse for the price discrepancy that didn't make sense.
I wish there was a -1 star option. Owners is rude, always on the phone and his cclustomer service skills are zero. Charged extra for salad that accompanied a kebab as he was clearly having a slow business day. Salad was a few strips of onions , lettuce and tomato . Wasted money and won't go again. Food wouldn't even taste good if you were drunk. The Best Kebab near old street is sooooo much better!
We went to get dinner around 8:30. Owner takes the order and then decides to tell us dine in is not available. The price he charged was mentioned nowhere on the menu. He also tells us chips cost an extra 2.50, when it should be included in the wrap as at other places. We still keep our calm while he rudely educates us that nothing is for free even at McDonald's. Long story short, the guy was annoying and rude. He should've just told us chips cost extra and leave it at that instead of acting like we came in to beg for free food.
Staff are friendly and polite. Good food, nice size portion.

I've been here a few times now, the last time visited I was over charged, but my most recent trip makes a great story.
I also had issues like the previous customer, the menu says one thing but the owner says something else.
My food came up to £41 and with the 10% off it should have been under £37, I arrived to pick up the food, I was reminded multiple time!! I've been given free large chips and a free drink (which should have been included as spent over £25)
I asked a few times how does the 10% work "Don't worry my friend I will sort you out"
So the grand total is £45!! 🤔🤔 I was a little confused... I was told I've been given Large Mixed Doner £9, but there is only large and it's £8.50 on takeaway menu and £8.80 🤦 Even if the "Large" mixed kebab was £9 it still wouldn't have come up to £45 for 4 of them and a burger meal that didn't come with chips or drink for £7, unless it was included in the "free stuff"
I queried the order, I said it should have been £41 and with 10% off it should have been £37, but I was reminded once again "I've given you free large chips and free drink"
We agreed on £39 and I left with the intentions to never visit again, portion were massive but some of the lamb Doner was definitely undercooked and my brother had to visit the toilet a few times to make a deposit.
Tips, Add up your total before you pay as if you don't you will be paying extra, the guy offers you all free stuff to make you feel like a treasured customer but randomly creates new prices.
If you read this, please stop over charging people. I want to support local businesses during the pandemic but your business practises leave a sour taste, Your menu is unclear as to what is included and if you've updated your prices then tell the customer.
