Very cute trendy shop in Brooklyn- really great for a variety of items from formal wear to casual. Definitely on the pricey side, but lots of local designers like Ulla Johnson who’s based in Brooklyn.
I’ve always been treated well here - Brooke especially is a gem! She helped me pick out a dress for a wedding - super friendly and down to earth.

I noticed after purchasing an item that it cost $100 less through the designer (not on sale)- the retail price was $185 through the designer vs $280 at Diane T). This sort of discrepancy is unacceptable, as is their return policy (only store credit, no returns). I’d stay away unless you want to get ripped off.

Not surprised about this rating. Shopping for my upcoming birthday and walked in here after doing groceries. Looking bummy. Two sales women. One other customer (older white woman) shopping. I sifted through various things on the rack. With intention to shop. Never once asked if I needed help, but the older woman got all the questions. What occasion are you shopping for etc. It’s always a funny experience shopping as a woman of color on Court street. They assumed I’m sure that I can’t afford shopping there or maybe it was just simply because I’m black who knows (hands in the air) but I’ll keep my money and spend in places that make me feel like a human at least.

Rudest people I’ve ever seen run a store. I live in the neighborhood and come in a few times a season to see what they have. I don’t think anyone has EVER said hello or asked me if I need help. I go in, look around, try things on, and then I buy whatever I like online at another store :)

To be frank, the range of products they have are just not unique, on trend, or really at all interesting enough to justify dealing with the low quality people that work here. Although, I guess the amount of past season pieces here can easily make sense when considering the low rate of inventory turns they likely have.
Coupling the above with the fact that the employees here have little to no knowledge on the products that they sell makes it apparent that this store is simply a bored woman’s vanity project. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Most of these reviews are spot on - the sales folks here are SO rude and unwelcoming. I love the brands they carry, but buy directly from the designers to avoid the absolutely negative experience. I hope this serves to help leadership reassess their priorities.

Been here multiple times since they are in the neighborhood and every time, without fail, the sales people manage to be rude, unwelcoming and unpleasant. They sell relatively pricey clothes but deliver service not up to par with what they are supposedly selling. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.
