Very disappointed to give 1 Star for this Shop. If there’s negative option I will do that only . If anyone wants to know what is Poor customer service please visit them. They will show you what is bad attitude and what is Bad customer Service. Today I visited there to purchase some churidar and the guy who was handling night shift he given us nightmare . Even after purchasing from their next shop we are discussing about his arrogant behavior. Such waste customer service and Experience. Grow up guys , at least read your customer reviews on Google and work accordingly.

Yesterday I visited this shop to purchase some dress . The guy was in the sale was too arrogant, he's not interested to show me the dresses from the rack and he don't even look interested in my questions , they given very bad experience. Every customer who visited that time was feeling the same and even after one customer leave the shop they started talking bad about the customer ,. Very bad experience.

Today I visited there store,and seriously no greeting,no smile..even simply said that they don't have stock of mine size(xxl)..looking they don't need any customer.They should learn their neighbors competitor as I just visited their store before butterflies....I must say I won't visit and suggest this store again.

I went to the shop yesterday with my daughter. They only sell online. There is no special collection in the shop. Customer service is poor totally disappointed 😞

Today i went to the shop with my wife for purchasing some churidars.But unfortunately we experienced unprofessional behavior and irritating attitude from sales persons. They are least bothered about the customers coming to their shop.They are not interested to show their collections also.

I went to the shop 2 days back , there was no dress available which they showed on online , all items were sold out , sales persons never mind us they are only focusing on online customers , people spending time and going there are waste , online u get more profit k gud luck ,for us there are also different shops around to visit

Yesterday I wasted 2 hour to select few dresses from the shop. There was no such exclusive collections which they were presented in the online. In addition, price depends on cashier and the customer because there is no fixed price tag for the dresses. The last day salesman told 80 dhm for one-of my dress and the cashier billed 85which he could do the maximum discount. The most interesting thing was the price tag was 100 dhm. The rude cashier told me they are having more than 1000 online sales per day.If you are good in bargaining, go for it. Good luck for your online sales 👍
