Gave saree blouse for stitching here multiple times. Provides recommendations depending on the style of the saree. It is always ready on time, too. They also have other great collections of salwar, sarees, and jewellery.
Got a blouse stitched at SajaaS. They spent time explaining what would be the ideal design and style, and they stuck to the promised timelines for delivering it. Moreover, the stitching was perfect, the blouse fitted right and looked great.
Would definitely return in the near future!

I had such a wonderful experience at this tailoring boutique! The staff was incredibly attentive and helped me find the perfect fabric and design for my wife. The end result was exactly what she envisioned, and she received so many compliments when she wore it. Thank you sajaas
Came here for stitching only, because I heard such good reviews about their stitching capabilities. But turned out to be a very embarrassing experience. The sales lady was the one who took all my measurement and went through the material in detail before billing. She also reassured me multiple times how perfect the work would be. The total stitching rate was extremely high compared to what I had expected and later found it was also more expensive than market rates, but I did not cancel the order because I heard such great things about their work. The final stitched salwar really looked like a men's kurta and the lady had nothing to say or provide solution except to say sorry. I was given very embarrassing excuses like the material wasn't enough etc...which I find to be very perplexing given she was very confident about her expertise in this work. How are they then not able to predict such a obvious situation? Or why not inform me about it as they encountered the issue? It was simply negligent work that they hoped would get a free pass for somehow. Extremely disappointing experience with you sajaas. Not only did I loose a great quality material, but to think I was essentially fooled out of 160 DIRHAMS FOR STITCHING alone is beyond frustrating to think. Definitely don't recommend this shop for your stitching requirements!

Wonderful materials. The boutique offers a wide range of materials. From party wears to casuals, the materials available at Sajaas Boutique are really commendable. If a preferred material is unavailable, they even get it back in your preferred quantity and that too within a very reasonable time. The staff is polite and patiently listens to your requirements and makes it possible to a very large extent.
Good customer service, Regina is a sweet girl at the shop. Tailoring is good aswell. I loved two of their readymade blouses, bought multiple colors in that. There is still scope to improve the fabric quality in readymade items.
After trying so many tailors in and around Karama and Meena Bazaar and none that was to my liking , I happened to explore Saajas . Went there to get a trial blouse stitched just to ensure I can give my good ones there . Ended up buying a saree a really pretty one and Rajeena convinced me to get that very saree blouse stitched there instead of buying a fabric and giving it a trial. Finally happy to have found a place who gave me a perfectly stitched blouse . The blouse turned out really well . Rajeena was extremely helpful in guiding me with the design and suggestions . Will definitely be going back to Saajas for more 👍

I like wearing sarees and I was thinking from where i could get good quality sarees at reasonable price. Thanks to my husband, he took me to Sajaas Designer Boutique. Not only they have good collections, The staff are very friendly, and they always help with giving advices on choosing the right colour and designs that suit you. The stitching is amazing. I was hesitant to wear a saree due to my huge body but when I wore it, I just fell in love with myself again. Blouse fitted me so well. Even though their schedule was tight, still they stitched my blouse within one week so that I could wear it for an event. I would recommend to please visit Sajaas Designer Boutique if you want good quality saree at reasonable price plus the stitching is amazing. 😍

Very disappointed to give 1 Star for this Shop. If there’s negative option I will do that only . If anyone wants to know what is Poor customer service please visit them. They will show you what is bad attitude and what is Bad customer Service. Today I visited there to purchase some churidar and the guy who was handling night shift he given us nightmare . Even after purchasing from their next shop we are discussing about his arrogant behavior. Such waste customer service and Experience. Grow up guys , at least read your customer reviews on Google and work accordingly.
Yesterday I visited this shop to purchase some dress . The guy was in the sale was too arrogant, he's not interested to show me the dresses from the rack and he don't even look interested in my questions , they given very bad experience. Every customer who visited that time was feeling the same and even after one customer leave the shop they started talking bad about the customer ,. Very bad experience.

Worst attitude from their staff!!
I have got a gift bag for my birthday from a friend of mine living in Egypt attached with the gift receipt and I wanted to change it with something else and pay the difference!
I asked my friend to send me the original receipt for my reference in case anything happens then one of their staff called “Mahmoud Mohy” told me you are not allowed to exchange it as it’s a gift from Egypt and Dubai’s branch is a different company!!! I asked him to show me any written policy or documentation that refuses me to change a gift if I have the original receipt and if I am still in the 2 weeks validity for exchange!
And to show me any proof that Egypt’s branch is different from Dubai’s branch!!
He Told me we have no policy Iam telling you as I am here the store manager here ! Then when my friend called him he asked about his role and title in the store he changed his Role from a store manager to a store in charge!!!!!
I asked him to escalate and contact someone more responsible he didn’t help me he just told me I will take your number and call you and no one called me since 3 days !!!!
So please try to hire more polite people next time !!!

Very bad service after confirming the store has my item i drive for hour and half then they apparently made a “mistake” and the item is not available, don’t recommend this brand to anyone
Today I visited there store,and seriously no greeting,no smile..even simply said that they don't have stock of mine size(xxl)..looking they don't need any customer.They should learn their neighbors competitor as I just visited their store before butterflies....I must say I won't visit and suggest this store again.

I went to the shop yesterday with my daughter. They only sell online. There is no special collection in the shop. Customer service is poor totally disappointed 😞
I have got a gift an Armani exchange bag from a friend of mine and wanted to exchange it to another item in the shop. The shop didn't allow me to do that, become the item I have chosen was a lower price then my gift. They said that it's not allowed I have to find an item with exactly the same price (which is not existing by words of a sales manager) or get more expensive one. I didn't find anything suitable for myself and had to leave the shop without exchange service which I supposed to have. They said I can exchange my gift only if the person who paid for the gift will be present in the shop, because they need her credit card to run in through the system, this makes the situation is totally unfair towards me and my friend who made the gift.
Company "Armani exchange", in my opinion, doesn't work for customers, it just takes care about their own business!

Poor customer service considering the brand image.
Today i went to the shop with my wife for purchasing some churidars.But unfortunately we experienced unprofessional behavior and irritating attitude from sales persons. They are least bothered about the customers coming to their shop.They are not interested to show their collections also.
Very much recommended for Turkish suits, ask for Saeed and he will hook you up with the best style and price that suits you
I went to the shop 2 days back , there was no dress available which they showed on online , all items were sold out , sales persons never mind us they are only focusing on online customers , people spending time and going there are waste , online u get more profit k gud luck ,for us there are also different shops around to visit

Yesterday I wasted 2 hour to select few dresses from the shop. There was no such exclusive collections which they were presented in the online. In addition, price depends on cashier and the customer because there is no fixed price tag for the dresses. The last day salesman told 80 dhm for one-of my dress and the cashier billed 85which he could do the maximum discount. The most interesting thing was the price tag was 100 dhm. The rude cashier told me they are having more than 1000 online sales per day.If you are good in bargaining, go for it. Good luck for your online sales 👍

Armani exchange as I preffer more simple design, but today i went to buy present for a friend fan of the brand. Makesh assisted me and what impressed me is that he took the time to remove the tags and also pack the cloths for the gift.
Nice materials and the courtesy of the staff made me think that for sure I will return to shop here.

Had gone directly to the shop but they didn't show anything as shown in live videos. Staff didnt cooperate with us to show each pieces which we had requested. Few customers had the same experience. A customer said what they had bought online the hand side was torn and the staff shouted at them and spoke rudely.

I've traveled all over the world and purchased countless suits in major high end stores in London, Paris and over in Asia but I am sure this suit I purchased while there in Dubai will be a special one that I will have for many years to come. I just need to make sure that I stop eating at all of the wonderful restaurants in Dubai or I might not fit in it when I get home, LOL! Seriously, had a wonderful time there and will stop by next time I am in town again on business or even pleasure. You all take care and thanks for the wonderful hospitality!
Large show room with latest arrivals. Good ambience, low light makes difficult to identify actual product image. Enough staff but looks like they are waiting only for glorified customers.

I've been to thousands of high fashion clothing stores in my life, but never was I helped so well as Temurbek helped me. He was very patient, had great suggestions, was not annoying like all other sales people, and was extremely helpful. Very impressive service by him.

Decent selection of suits but the shop attendant was extremely rude.
Poor quality of material and bad customer service. Quality of their shirts went down with their new collection! The shirt I bought recently for my husband which he wore one faded before even washing it and the sales person blamed it on mishandling or exposing it to heat, which even if exposed to heat shouldn’t fade the color this way. It was on the couch and indoors before washing it. Anyways, he made it seem as if I’m lying and didn’t buy it from dubai mall branch and wouldn’t offer any solution. Not worth a penny.
Went there for the first time and even liked one 3 piece suite too. But that loudmouth and abusive 60+ years old Bangali had more to degrade his customers and talk politics than sell his products. Highly not recommended to go to this shop including 2 others besides named Maxi Mara and Al Rukn.
